Reviewed By Diane BAll areas of the hotel are very clean and the rooms are updated. Bathroom was very modern with great water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of items. Inquire if breakfast is included in your stay. We assumed ours was only to find out as we were checking out that we had to pay additional 7.50 Euro pp for each day. If you reserve via one of the booking sites I believe breakfast is not included. Location is in Westerholt, a traditional, old world neighborhood that is really beautiful.

Great hotel with large rooms
Reviewed By paulcP6530UABooked this hotel for a couple of nights on a trip to watch a football match in Schalke, Hotel is excellent, adjacent to a golf course, the bedroom sizes are very good with a similar en suite, and a comfy bed. Good range of TV channels. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful and perhaps unsurprisingly their English was much better than my German !. I did initially make an error on the dates of my booking but contacted the hotel in advance and in was corrected with no fuss. Need a taxi or public transport to Gelsenkirchen but I knew this before and not too pricy.

Reviewed By Fabrizio SGood the parking, the rooms are little, without wardrobe. In covid time the restaurant was close, reception close from 22 to 9 so if you have emergency cannot call anyone. For me can be good only for one night

Reviewed By 607stephanIch hätte nie gedacht das es solche Hotels noch gibt. 1970 eingerichtet, und noch genau so geblieben. Alles heruntergekommen. Kann man nicht empfehlen. Schlimm ist nicht das Alter sondern der Zustand.
