Needs a Facelift and Updating - A Little Worn

But the rooms are a little dated and could use a facelift! Amenities in the bath were lacking and TP was scarce. Mirissa solved that. Biggest issue was TV had the cable literally broken off and laying on the floor! Cleaning staff had to see it but nothing was reported or done about it!! Mirissa again saved the day by getting a TV from another area and physically bringing it to us to save our relaxation night! GREAT JOB Mirissa! Nor sure if we would stay here again in the near future!

Updated review after apparently manager didn’t like my last review and took her frustrations out on me.
Reviewed By Leebaby95I had given a fairly good review but added a few suggestions about a sub par breakfast. After my husband dare ask for a third sausage the next day, 1 over there 2 per person max we were asked to leave the hotel. She also gave this same answer “leave if you don’t like it” to other patrons complaining about two full days with no hot water during this stay. We did not even complain about that. She told me when I went to speak to her that she saw the previous review and knew we weren’t happy here and should probably leave?? So seems like this was all a snit over my 4 instead of 5 star review!?!? This situation and her making me cry even managed to get my super friendly husband so angry he lost his cool when leaving and told her exactly how he felt about her and the whole crazy situation! I’m sure he said too much but after all she had put us through I can’t even blame him. The staff here are doing the best they can, they were kind, apologetic and supportive during our ordeal. We met others in the hotel during our stay who were also very unhappy with the lack of customer compassion over the no hot water issue. I am a huge Best Western fan, just not this one and continue to be after the great support we have received from BW client relations.

Almost a customer
Reviewed By Keith LI walked in today to book a room, but heard the manager screaming like a madman at one of his staff. I found it unprofessional and turned around and left. Who does that??!! Needs to treat people better...especially in front of customers. Jeeze!

Reviewed By F3199HSneilbWow is this place a hole. The motel (yes it’s a motel) faces a giant parking lot. Not facing a marina. In an industrial area. The restaurant on site is closed. There is nothing around and looks like a total dive. We honestly just turned around and found something else. I’ve never done that before.

Disgusting and unacceptable
Reviewed By NeverAgain2020zThe bed sheets were not changed after the last guests. The nail and hairs were found in bed, hair band with hairs was left on coat rack shelf. The chair was dirty and burned by a cigarette. The bath was leaking. Overall state of the facility is terrible. It is old, dirty, and not maintained.
