Would not accept cancellation
Reviewed By ripoffhotelBooked on 7th oct for 18th to 20th but no conformation from booking website ,informed Hotel Bleecker 8th oct that I had alternative accommodation.After several messages and expensive phone calls to Homeaway/expedia they would not accept cancellation/thieves.....cost me with phone calls £570 the thieves would have rebooked as i had told them several times personally and Homeaway had also told them on many times.

And a very pleasant place for visitors of everything that Bloemendaal and the surroundings have to offer! Free Wifi and free parking. The personal welcome and informal atmosphere in Cafe De Rusthoek is highly appreciated by our guests.
Great base to explore the Dutch countryside
Reviewed By JodiAnne1We based ourselves at a 2 bedroom Hotel Bloemendaal apartment for our stay where we explored the Netherlands countryside by car. We spent our days visiting tulip fields and enjoying the local area. Bloemandaal is a beautiful village and we loved the restaurant Vooges downstairs and the Bleecker Brasserie a few doors down. Parking was always available. The area is nice and quiet. Our apartment was very comfortable and modern. Beds were great and bathrooms spotless. Warning of 2 flights of your very typical steep and narrow Dutch staircase to get to the front door. Highly recommend this property.

Imagine a place 30 minutes from Amsterdam in a beautiful National Park. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and you can surf, kite, go longboarding or just read a book in a hammock. You are free to do whatever you want. In the morning you wake up to enjoy some coffee and a delicious breakfast. After that you walk over the dune and take part in a surf or kitesurf lesson. After the lesson you practise a bit more or just hangout with your fellow surfers. When the sun sets you can decide to visit a beachclub to enjoy some funky tunes, chill out at the camp or hit it hard in Amsterdam or Haarlem. Does this place exist? Damn sure!! Since 2011 the top campsite 'De Lakens' gives us (a bunch of free minded surfers) the opportunity to build our own litlle paradise.

Reviewed By Philipp KZunächst: Wir sind keine Surfer! Insofern kann ich zu dem Surf-Angebot nichts schreiben. Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht, weil sie spannend aussah und relativ bezahlbar war. Geschlafen haben wir in einem der "Sheddies" - also kleinen Holz-Zelten mit Feldbetten. Auf den Betten ließ es sich gut aushalten - man konnte die beiden sogar zusammenziehen. Achtung: Nachts wird es sehr kalt. Schlafsäcke mitbringen ist ein MUSS! Die Atmosphäre in dem Camp und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr gefallen. Einen Abzug gibt es leider bei der Organisation. Immer wieder wurde ein Essensplan für abends angekündigt, kam aber nie. Zu dem Yoga-Kurs, den wir machen wollten, wurde uns zweimal eine Rückmeldung versprochen, die aber auch nie kam. Schade. Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt, der etwas Besonderes bietet.

THREE LUXURIOUS, TRENDY SUITES IN LOVELY BLOEMENDAAL. 3 comfortable suite apartments for rent, with free parking + free and unlimited internet. The location is great, Bloemendaal has some bars & restaurants, 10 minutes (2km) from Haarlem Center, 4.5km fromBloemendaal Beach and Zandvoort – also called Amsterdam Beach– and within 15 minutes (!) by train in Amsterdam and conveniently near to airport.
Perfect base for exploring Amsterdam and surrounding area.
Reviewed By Dave AI stayed here for business with 7 other colleagues split accross 2 suits. Although the stairs are crazy steep (dangerous if you are unsteady or drunk) and the lighting in our suit was a bit limited, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were greeted at about 9pm to be let in and showed how to use the coffee machine etc. The owners spoke perfect english and were very welcoming. We had good communication via email and WhatsApp prior to our arrival and some good local advice on food and transport. The suits are only about 20 min drive or bus journey from schiphol airport and are is a quiet and affluent village with nice shops and restaurants. There is a hotel next door that serves amazing food and drinks and plenty of parking. I will be taking my wife on holiday here when i can. Although we did not visit the sea we were told the beach was very close.
