We probably came at the wrong time
Reviewed By Bagus WI recently stay in this hotel on one business assignment in Cepu recently. I choose this hotel because of its great reviews from previous customers. Upon arriving after long drive from Surabaya, I was a bit surprised that the parking lot was packed with wedding party guest's cars. That is despite of its low weekend occupancy. The check in was smooth and seamless. But upon arriving in my room, which is located at the end of the hotel, which require lengthy walk (worse still none of the bellboy helped to carry our luggage), I was totally surprised by how hot and humid its interior is. Quite unexpected for such expensive hotel. If that's not enough, we found dead spiders under our bed. For anyone with arachnophobia, this would have been a nightmare. We complained about our aircon troubles to the receptionist, which was promptly addressed by sending technicians to fix the equipment. But still it wasn't enough as the aircon fail to cool our hot room. Thankfully we were eventually given replacement room with properly working aircon unit. The breakfast is huge disappointment. There were no breakfast buffet provided (make sense, considering low occupancy rate). But the a la carte menu didn't provide western menu. I ordered chicken teriyaki, but was hugely upset when I found that they only serve small bit of chicken accompanied by a mountain of white rice. Overall, I have a mixed review regarding of this hotel. The service quality might be excellent, but the products quality provided left more to be desired.

Nice hotel
Reviewed By Dicky KI went to cepu for job interview. Arrived in cepu on early morning by train then went to this hotel. Since 1 day before i had booked the hotel by whatsapp. The hotel's car picked me up at the trsin station. Less then 5 minutes arrived hotel. I took standart room. Nice, clean, ok. The food so javanese, i like it. The staff was very friendly. Overall the hotel was nice.
