Reviewed By bobby095Stayed for 4 nights bed and breakfast, the hotel was spotless clean, the room large and comfortable, the breakfast varied and plentiful with ample sun loungers around the pool and terraces. Reasonable prices for drinks in the hotel. The hotel is central with restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Fabulous service and advice from Graham who sells tours from his office/car opposite the hotel reception, he’ll find the tours to suit your needs on the days you require them at good rates too

Beaituful views, Comfy bed but bad service

At many points we felt like we didnt belong there, like we were scum. We were looked down on many times by staff and at one point found 2 of the reception staff sniggering at us when we were checking in. Now keep in mind, we dont look rough. We just didnt look ready to go to the red carpet. The breakfast needed work too, but the set up was beautuful with sea views and a place to sit outside. There was also a handy little supermarket at the resort which has most things you need. The ininity pool was beauful also with sea views and comftorble lounge chairs. We ate at the Italian resturant there, he food was good however the service exceptionally slow with rude staff again ufortunatly witch tarnished the experience. The hotel room was superb, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spotless. The shower was amazing too. Topped with sea views on the balcony.

Staff very friendly and helpful especially Maria in the the small breakfast area, shes a gem Like most of Malta streets noisy,dusty ,dirty and busy. Pity that roof terrace wasnt open as I booked because of pool .

They are spacious and each one has a private bathroom, TV, safe-deposit box and telephone. Most rooms have a balcony. To make your stay a great one the hotel has a restaurant, outdoor pool, sun terrace and gardens in which to relax and wind away the hours.
First trip too Malta
Reviewed By Kaa284After arriving at Stansted Airport and having too wait 35 minutes on board before take off, then arriving in Malta and having too wait nearly an hour for my hotel transfer I eventually arrived just before midnight at the hotel I was greeted by Lesley who was very friendly, polite and assisted me with my check in, after finding my hotel room which was a family room for one, very clean all round including shower/bathroom. Tuesday morning I woke, went too the restaurant for breakfast too find my friend waiting for me, it was two years since we last saw each other on holiday. Karen and Charlot, Bar Manageress and Chef catered very well for me as being a coeliac, they got me some gluten free beers in and Charlot cooked some amazing gluten free meals for me, nothing was too much trouble for them. Gertrude is the Hotel Manger, I was made too feel at home by her and the rest of the staff members, Lesley, Hesham, Nico, Maryanne, Nabin, Khanal, Angelico, nothing was too much trouble for them. Swimming pool was very clean and the surroundings areas, plenty of sun beds too be had. Wishing you all the best for this summer season and hope too see you in 2023. Always in my thoughts and heart.
