What a great experience! We did the Western-themed room, and it was very engaging and great fun! Much better than some other rooms I've tried, it was challenging and very well thought out. The owners were very friendly and they explained everything in English too. I'm definitely going to come back to do the other room!

After spending more than a month studying guide books and internet sites about hiking trails on Mount Tegelbeg, I bought my ticket and thought I was set.....wrong. They had a late snow in 2019 and all of the hiking trails were closed when I got there. Bummer. However, I really enjoyed the ride to the top and a look at the snowy vista. It was warm and sunshine down below and cool and crisp on top. You couldn't go any further than the clearing behind the top cable car station and the restaurant was closed that day -- so I made my own fun, shared laughter with others and put this trip back on my bucket list. Moral: you can't control Mother Nature and you need to travel with a sense of humor!!

I was very excited about taking the cable car up to Mount Tegelberg and even bought my ticket in advance. The plan was to do two or three hikes, one at the base and one or two on top. This was early May and he sun was shining. However, best plans gone astray, it had recently snowed so the trails were closed. Bummer. However, I went up to the top to check out the snow and enjoyed the Roman ruins just behind he cable car bottom station. There is also a summer bobsled run that was already in operation. Lots to do here and I hope to return in better weather.
