Life in the freezer
Reviewed By Ignacio MVilla 61 looked very charming at first glance. We discover shortly there is very little storage room....where to put our stuff???? But the real surprise came at night. No central heating in the bedrooms. The only warmed room was the living room. Upstairs bedroom had a bit, just a bit better temperature. You can therefore can come in the summer or make an appointment with the nearby nuclear power station.

Reviewed By johannesguigardOne must, first of all, ask himself what is the reason to spend a night in Tholen, if any. If there is a positive answer to this question then one can review the place where he stays. The Hotel Zeeland is a small, old fashioned place, simple and easy. So not to much to say about the sleeping side, clean and reasonably priced. What is really not exciting is the food. While booking, I saw a nice dining room pic, so I had my dinner here, instead than at a place just in front. But I was the only one, and I quickly understood the reason: the food looks very much frozen and heated for the sole client who has been fooled looking at the dining room pic. Which is, I must say, nice and very well arranged, but probably one must be lucky enough to have dinner when some other clients had the same idea for the same evening. And, on top, the cost is high, not cheap at all, and for frozen food this is just not good at all. With regard to the breakfast, mmmhh, expensive and no self service: there are a few things (one egg, a few slices of ham, bread from last night re-heated to make it look fresh -and no spare "it has not been delivered yet", no cereals) on your table and that's it. And also this cost is too much, € 10 for a few things is just too much.

Terrible service for staying in the suburbs
Reviewed By lunacrowwingThis resort felt something out of the stepford wives. Our bungalow, which was no cheaper than others, looked directly at the main building and had a blind missing so there was no privacy. The staff saw no issue with this and begrudgingly sent someone to put up a piece of gauze as a fix. It took over 4 weeks to receive our deposit back as well. I would not recommend this road-side "resort" to anyone.
