A Gem of a Hotel!
Reviewed By Susan OBooked this hotel as it kept appearing on searches as good value. So pleased we did. We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly gentleman (owner?). We were two hours early but we were given our rooms and code to park in the underground car park. We were also informed of the facilities in the kitchen, drinks and snacks available 24/7. As we had just driven straight from Eurotunnel we availed ourselves of this before setting off to see Brussels. Public transport is easy to reach. 29 bus to Central Plaza in about 10 minutes. Our rooms were on the 4th and 5th floors, lovely and bright with everything you would need. Each floor has a lounge area which we took advantage of to have a drink before dinner. Breakfast is Continental buffet style with choices to suit all. It has a nice outside eating area which would be lovely in warmer weather. We would definately return to this hotel. We also given great recommendation for dinner by the same gentleman that checked us in.

Reviewed By FMFAlentejoTony the receptionist was great and gave us a free upgrade even though we were only a couple and the apartment we got could sleep six. Warm, clean and the mattress was comfortable. What more could we want for a one night stopover? Wish we could have stayed longer. A great base if we had wanted to explore.

Reviewed By mem462Possibly the worst experience in a hotel in my life did not get any sleep. People fighting the smell of weed was so bad was giving me a headache It seems to be a lot of homeless living here. The was people banging on my door at 1am music was so loud I could not sleep this was still going at 4am I went to the receptionist he looked at me like what do you want me to do lazy man. Asked for my money back at 330am but was declined bad bad experience.
