VERY rude, and unpleasant waitress/owner!
Reviewed By Lillemy73We have visited this hotel several times since early 80's, but the last summers experience made it the last time! The owner (the female one), was REALLY rude, and not service minded at all! Shame on you for treating customers the way you do, grumpy lady! The hotel reminds me of Fawlty Towers, for those who have seen it... We will definately not spend our money here again, 3 families in total!

A warm welcome to Gasthof Rose, your best place for a overnight stopover on your way to italy, Our hotel is located 4km before the Brennerpass, easy to reach over Highway A13 (Exit 13 or Exit "Brenner Nord") and the B182. We offer affordable Doublerooms and Familyrooms for up to 5 persons with private facilities, TV and free Internet over WIFI. We have a cost free and lit parking area at our house. Starting at7 AM we serve an extended continental Breakfast including coffee, tea or hot chocolate, rolls, whole meal bread, butter, jam, Nutella spread, ham, cheese, cereals with yoghurt and milk, fruit, orange juice, and eggs pepared as you wish. Our restaurant serves typical tyrolean and international dishes from 5PM to 8PM.
Genuine Austrian Guesthouse
Reviewed By Lucy BThis house is run by the same family who have been here for 7 generations, and they have an amazing house. The food is excellent quality and home made, also a small bar with local beer and schnappes. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and ideal for families. We travelled this route to Italy it is ideally placed not far from the highway but in a very quiet rural location with thick double glazing so you cannot hear the road at all. We are following in the footsteps of Goethe, Charlemagne and Mozart at this stopover. I hope we will come again.

Reviewed By UK_TrolleytravellerA nice stay off the beaten track. Yes you can go to the large hotel in the village, but a little higher up the mountain with excellent views you find Haus Berghof with enthusiastic owners. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choice! Beware!

Reviewed By Ed NHeerlijk rustig gelegen hotel op korte afstand van de Brenner en mooi voor tussenstop richting Italië. Prima kamer voor ons drieën.Gastvrouw doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Prima ontbijt en fijn uitzicht.

Reviewed By El LDas Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und die Lage ebenfalls sehr schön! Das Frühstück hätte noch etwas mehr Auswahl bieten müssen, es war nicht für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und die Brötchen hätten frischer sein können. In der Jahreszeit (Ca. 15 Grad) war es schon etwas kühl im Zimmer.
