Reviewed By nisafadilaaI had problem while check in because my booking in trav*loka didn't connect to the hotel's database (they didn't update the room availability to trav*loka). I wait for 4 hours at night because of it. Thankfully trav*loka and the staff were helpful. The staff even offered me higher type of room. There was a strange smell in bathroom. Room was so-so. Breakfast was great but low variability.

Reviewed By Louise WI Only stay for 2 nights, really enjoy my stay, The room space is big, The interior standard, classic, i like the wooden chair, so ergonomis, i wish i could buy things like that in my hometown (jakarta/manado). The bathroom need to be upgraded, & they should brush it hard on the floor. The Breakfast simple, but enough & good taste. Unfortunately i missed the order on Tiket.Com i should only pay for one night, instead of 2 night (they have promo one nght free stay, but instead of reduce the cost, they add yous stay) that is almost impossible for me, since the Extra day was monday. -- I know it's complain for Tiket.Com. But the Hotel Management too didn't help a lot of this issue. After all i enjoy the stay, & would come back to this hotel when i visit Ternate again someday.

Hotel dekat pantai yang lumayan
Reviewed By Eka W9 malam berada di Hotel Menara Archie, kemudian pekan berikutnya, saya menginap 4 malam lagi di hotel ini. Dari segi pelayanan kamar terkesan kurang memang. Jika tidak meminta dan tidak tahu, mungkin akan diberikan kamar yang di dalam kamar mandinya terdapat tiang. Hal ini menjadikan kamar mandi terkesan lebih kecil dan gelap. Karena saya mendapatkannya di kunjungan kedua, maka saya meminta agar tidak mendapatkan tipe kamar seperti itu lagi. Hotel ini dekat dengan pantai. Jika ingin ke pantai Falajawa hanya tinggal berjalan kaki 5 menit saja. Namun yang saya sesalkan adalah pelayanan breakfast untuk harga yang lumayan mahal. Sarapan pagi hanya roti setiap harinya serta menu sarapan yang standar. Meminta telur rebus pun saya kena charge. Padahal di hotel lainnya tidak. Dari segi kamar sudah lumayan. Namun pemandangan kamar hanya tembok.

Reviewed By Aty_SilliaI usually just come to this hotel for dinner with my family/friends in the 6th floor. on the 6th floor they have pool with stunningly beautiful view of Ternate. It is also quite romantic place for candle light dinner ;) they don't have restaurant on the 6th floor but we can order the food in their restaurant (2nd floor) & they'll bringing up to you. The deluxe room is pretty nice since I have booked the room once for working purposes. However the standard room is a bit small & they do need to pay more attention on cleaning up the bathroom. Staff are pretty nice & easy to work with when we have an event arrange on their meeting room. Location is also great & quite. More info to those who look for cheap accommodation in Ternate, I have a room to rent for Rp. 150.000/day. further info can be seen in Airbnb website or msg me!
