Reviewed By DoublestandardVery clean hotel and room, the bed was very comfortable, the bedsheets and pillow sheets were changed with very clean condition daily - cos most of the resorts have recently been either renovated or given a new face-lift. Reasonable price and cosy ambient. Only setback is that this location is outside of the town so once you are back, that's it.... Taking a Gojak is easy and brings you to town in 20-30 mins.

Reviewed By Ratna SIt was one of our best stays in Bali!! We did not expect the villa to be so privately secluded but also not too far from the main city of Ubud. The scooty access was also so very easy, we were able to travel everywhere on the day we landed. Once again the pics did not explain how exotic and beautiful everything truly was. Will definitely recommend our friends and family to visit this place.

Cleaning is not that good
Reviewed By asmaa_MabdelfattahActually we didn’t complete our stay , we make early check out in the same day. We found that the villa need cleaning also the outside area. The bed in the garden actually need to be changed as it is very dusty. We found frogs just outside the villa. Finally we decided not to complete our stay as cleaning is critical issue to us.

Unprofessional Host
Reviewed By mayank3001Had made a reservation via Booking.com 3 months in advance, had communicated with the Host on watsapp about it, but just 4 days prior to my trip, the host cancelled my reservation stating they do not have any vacancy, like seriously, host was well aware about my reservation and had chatted with me for 1-2 things, and then saying they do not have any reservation, that too at the last moment. Horrible and so unprofessional. Also, on Booking.com, they have mentioned free scooters (Bikes available (free)), but when I inquired about it on watsapp they simply refused. I mean why mention things which you cannot provide, we can always pay. Also, they had mentioned on website Kitchen and Kitchenware, but same was the case with this as well. Liars and cheaters. I am glad the reservation was cancelled, I was able to find a much better place much closer to Ubud central, in walking distance of everything.
