Lovely meal and great atmosphere
Reviewed By amandao368We arrived late into town and went here for dinner around 815pm. They were still cooking and nothing was a problem. Service was fantastic and meals were excellent value for money. Atmosphere and decor was lovely and homely. We will def be back again.

Our cooked breakfasts were amazing and the room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the aesthetic was beautiful. The lodge is set on park-like grounds with a stream/river directly on the property. Loads of beautiful birds singing and flying around and a resident dog that was friendly as. This B&B exceeded our expectations.

Reviewed By Walter2748Denise was most accommodating at short notice coming from the north island to an uncle's funeral. Even dropped my sister and I off at the church. Our rooms were very clean & tidy and the bed was so comfortable! Huge shower, great bathroom. Open plan living kitchen area very comfortable, modern light and warm. Lovely continental breakfast. Nothing was a problem for Denise as she even went that extra mild accommodating my dad for breakfast after coming out of hospital. Fantastic host, warm & friendly including the cute wee dog Zara and her lovely granddaughter. I would definitely recommend this great air b&b accommodation. Thanks soo much Denise for your kindness and being a great host!
