Reviewed By 84MademoiselleIn picture, the host sounds great but i have a friend who asked him a polite question and then he began to call her more than 8 times in 5 minutes and come on the next days! 10 days after, she still receive a lot of threats on his part! he published private data for her everywhere simply because she noted that he lacked professionalism (familiarization, etc.)!

Very relaxing stay at the Ri Coëme hotel
Reviewed By wendy PThe characteristic hotel is located off the main road, so it is very quiet. The parking space is very convenient. If you look through the window of your room, you can see the beautiful sloping landscape, which I personally found very relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean, and everything is there that you need. Maybe in summer, a small fridge would be good to keep your water and other stuff cool, but we were prepared, and brought our own coolbox :) We never had such fast wifi as in this hotel ! And at night, it is so quiet to sleep, really no noise coming from anywhere. It was also very relaxing to have a drink in the nice pub of the hotel. Breakfast also was good. There were different kind of rolls, raisin bread, fresh fruit, different kinds of cold cuts, marmelade (even home made !), orange juice and coffee as much as you want, and tea if you ask. And even a local speciality: eggs boiled in water with onions ! It was so relaxing to have such a quiet and good breakfast. Maybe the choice in the large hotels is bigger, but never made with so much love and care ! Anyway, we found the breakfast very good, with more than enough different things to eat. And then last but not least: the owner was very helpfull and friendly. He did everything he could for you, and as fast as possible... We will return.... !

Reviewed By Eliane DLuxurious ! Large, confortable, very clean ! Also very nice people to welcome you. We won a "romantic night" in a room with a bubble bath for 2 persons. It was gorgeous ! The breakfast also was like in a 5 * hôtel ! We could use a large equipped kitchen with also a large salon and TV ! In the sleeping room we had a large screen TV. Great ! To be recommanded.

In het mooie Haspengouw met zijn weelderige bloesems ligt het rustige dorpje Mettekoven met tal van fiets- en wandelpaden kunt u rusting genieten van onze gezellige, familievriendelijke belevenis- en vakantiehoeve. Er loopt een Vespa-route door ons dorpje en voor de ruiters die graag met hun paard op uitstap gaan, hebben we stallen ter beschikking om jouw paard te verzorgen en is er een ruime uitloopweide. In onze streek zijn ook tal van rustige wandel- en fietspaden.
Midweek away from home
Reviewed By Jeroen WDue to the COVID19 situation it wasn't possible to travel far from home. We found this lovely place, child friendly with welness. The first night we enjoyed the home delivered food from a restaurant not to far away. The room was provided with a table and chairs perfect for a dinner in the room. The second night we ordered food in the Hoeve and we must say it was very good. This combined with 2 healthy but sturdy breakfasts makes this place a place to come back to. Definitly would recommend for young families with children!
