A Better Local Hotel
Reviewed By Simon KStayed here for 3 nights as it is located closer to my business dealings. In general, all looks fine and neat, decoration and fixtures are still new and well kept. Hotel is right next to 3 huge shopping malls with tons of eatery outlets. Room was clean and well maintained, although AC is a bit at the louder side, but it is tolerateable. I'm unable to understand the purpose of having the gym opens only at 8am and closes at 9.30pm, may be most of their clienteles are here on holidays. The room's windows open with direct view of the building next door, hence the curtains need to be drawn all the time if you wish to maintain your privacy, so I see no point to have the bathtub by the windows. Breakfast place was like a big canteen and be prepared to have strangers joining your table without asking your permission. Restaurant staff have no clue and no control over it, their main purpose was seemed like mainly to roam around clearing table as they offer no service. Since there is no dedicated staff elevator, often you will find staff using the lift, however, none will acknowledge your presence or even offer a simple greetings.

Really good location
Reviewed By Bruce WMy first impression was dismal. The check in office was disgustingly dirty and NO ONE spoke English. The entire time I was there, I could not find a staff member that spoke English. A little difficult, but I managed. The location is quite good. Many restaurants, shopping mall and two subway stations very nearby. Wifi was quite weak, but all in all, it was an ok stay.
