What a lovely idea. Spent a couple of hours here looking around the Shops and had a picnic. My son who is almost 3 really enjoyed the fairy walk. Would recommend for local people and people passing by. We will be visiting again and will bring a fairy door with us too. The little play area which includes a mud kitchen was a lovely touch as well. Thank you to the volunteers for creating such a lovely space for the children. It's not very often you find free activities to do!

Stowe Pool

Another great place to have a walk in Lichfield. The path which encircles Stowe Pool is flat and easy to wander around or for the more energetic to run or jog around. It is very exposed and open to the elements come rain or come shine but don't let this put you off a visit.

This is an amazing place run by a fabulous couple. Tucked away in a rural location is this hidden gem; a walled garden growing every kind of organic fruits and vegetables. There’s also some farmland where they raise high-welfare free-range livestock, and there’s a cafe / kitchen where you can eat homemade cakes and pies etc. Their sausages and pork pies are genuinely the best I’ve ever tasted, and the eggs are incredibly fresh and tasty. This sustainable farm has it all and is a brilliant place to visit for a cup of tea and to buy organic fruit and veg at really, really good prices. I really can’t recommend it highly enough. You MUST visit!!
