Very well run lodge near the National Park
Reviewed By Sally YWe stayed here one night but we thought it was probably the best run lodge/hotel we stayed in during our trip to Senegal. It is quite a large lodge but it is in a beautiful setting and you can sit overlooking a beautiful bend in the River Gambia, so views both ways. They also run lovely boat trips down the river. The accommodation is in traditional but reasonably equpped and comfortable round chalets with ensuite facilities. The water is not on all day because the pump has to be run by a generator. When we needed iton during the day they did turn it on for us. the food was very good and efficiently served. In fact the service overall was quite friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this lodge.

Reviewed By gilbarnUn accueil sympathique, le récit du narrateur Balingo et ses traditions Bassari, un dîner simple mais ô combien convivial et chaleureux et une soirée d’anecdotes... et de rires. On oublie l’aspect minimaliste du campement pour ne mémoriser que l’instant. Exceptionnel!

Reviewed By IgnAwireDe vuelta de Kedougou decidimos ospedarnos en éste pequeño albergue de Tambacounda para poner rumbo a Mbour al día siguiente. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero para el precio que se paga no están mal. Quizá la higiene del lugar deja un poco que desear. El personal es simpático y hacen lo posible porque tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible.

Reviewed By AlbaPXHabitación limpia, interior. No está tan bien el baño, mal acondicionado. En la habitación que dormimos nosotros no había aire acondicionado, solo ventilador y pasamos un calor horroroso. La ubicación y el desayuno están bien. El precio es de 15.000 CFA con desayuno incluído. Puede ser una opción de paso para ir a Ziguinchor o a País Bassari.
