Ateliers et Saveurs - Montreal

I love trying new experiences. I highly recommend this one! It is a cooking school located in Old Montreal. We were 7 people attending the cooking class. We chose to make the apple dessert, the risotto and the sweet potato soup. Everything was decadent. The chef was delightful and taught us many tricks in the kitchen. I learned a lot of new tricks in the kitchen and we all helped each other for all the recipes. It lasted about three hours. We started with a sweet potato soup as an appetizer and it was decadent. For the main dish we had the scallop risotto and dessert was like an apple crumble. Honestly it was amazing, memorable and delicious. The premises are clean and the service was attentive and the chef was great.
