The Eden Park Resort is a new residence completely surrounded by nature at the outskirt of Pisa. It is placed in the small hamlet of Colignola, just 3 km far from Pisa and 8 km from Pisa International Airport.The coast of Tuscany and Lucca are just 25 km distant, while Firenze 90 km. Our residence is member of the "Strada dell'Olio Monti Pisani" Association, the Road of the genuine extra virgin olives oil of Pisa.Each one of the 30 apartments is 37 square meters and it is furnished with a bedroom, a private bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two LCD televisions. In every apartment is possible to accommodate max. 4 persons All the apartments are provided with individualized heating and air conditioning systems.In order to make our guest's stay more comfortable, all the apartments are provided with modern insulated frames which improve both the acoustic and the thermal insulation. A Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the residence and in all apartments.The daily buffet breakfast is available on request. Our offices are open every day with the following opening hours: from 07:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00.An indoor swimming pool is available during the winter time. The water temperature is around 29 degrees and it is possible to attend swimming courses, water fitness courses, or simply to do free swimming.In the end of the winter, the inflatable structure that covers the pool is quickly and easily removed, and from June to September there is just a sunny and relaxing swimming pool. The entrance during the summer is free for our guests and includes sun beds and umbrellas.

Reviewed By dominique vThe so called triple or quadruple rooms are for kids, not for adults. And the living area is occupied by the second bed. So forget to breathe or do something in the living area whilst the kids are in bed.

Excellent place to stay - and has air conditioning
Reviewed By Trumpeterwright4 of us stayed at this lovely property for 3 nights in August 2018. The host - Fulvia is delightful and was extremely helpful helping in all ways. She helped us book taxis and a wine tasting in Montalcino. The house itself is extremely spacious. We had the top floor which had 3 double beds. The layout of bedrooms is a bit quirky in that 2 of the double beds are in one room with a 'semi dividing' wall but no door in between. I think the website describes it acurately and it worked fine for us. The shower room for the 2 doubles is fantastic with double sink and great shower. The kitchen is amazing - because the top floor was once a restaurant so the kitchen has a huge gas cooker and fridges, freezers and equipment to serve about 50 people! I think the only downside of the appartment was that the wifi only worked in one of the rooms. In the room it worked in the speed was quite fast so I don't think it's a problem with the wifi itself but simply the router. I think this small problem can be resolved with a strong router or 'boosters' that could be plugged into mains sockets in other rooms. I would certainly stay there again with or without the better wifi but this issue being resolved would increase my score to a 5+

Reviewed By soupmamaWe recently spent two weeks in Residence Fiorenzo and were positively impressed how well the property is managed. Everything was spic and span and working properly. The property is set nicely between the coast and the lovely town of Capoliveri, with a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself contained everything necessary, even a hair-dryer and a TV. We found the kitchen rather sparsely equipped and very small, but that's about the only thing to criticize (o.k., I also found my mattress a bit too soft, but that of course is very subjective). W-Lan was available near the main building, which was sufficient for checking the incoming mails now and then.

This antic rock sheepfold, with typical covers, wonderful and romantic arcades, was restructured like a real Tuscany house: 3 bedrooms were created and refitted for your own pleasure. There, you will be able to admire very beautiful centenary vaults, and charming trough from the very first life of this house. From the house, you will discover a 360 degree landscape: On the south side, one of the most beautiful Tuscan landscape of the Cecina Val, and on the nord side, the Mont Voltraio raised among the hills. On its left, Volterra, antic and fascinating city of Tuscany. (And Set of the saga Twilight a few years ago!). If you're looking for serenity, peace of mind and rest, come and revitalize yourself. The landscapes will make a print on your soul for life, and if you don't know Tuscany, you'll never forget it!

Reviewed By lamazz5386I think this was our absolute favorite part of our Italian vacation. Breathtaking views, clean, comfortable and cozy room, and fantastic breakfast. The host Myriam was the icing on the cake. I will say- this is a place you do't want to get home too late to- the roads in the area are curvy and dark. That is not a downside, it just means you can spend more time there, Wonderful wonderful wonderful!
