This was our first time going to JVD as we were on a cruise excursion. We enjoyed our almost 4 hours of time drinking painkillers, shopping for souvenirs and eating some amazing Mahi Mahi sanwiches at The Soggy Dollar Bar. What made this so great is the absolutely amazing beach area that can be matched up against the best beaches in the Caribbean. Photos are great, but until you can experience this beach in person, they don't do it justice.

Don’t miss this natural wonder. Hidden between JVD and Little JVD, just follow the goat path from Foxy’s bay bar to see amazing natural wonder. Bring towels and aqua shoes.

A great place a must see.! They have the live WebCam. This was our first time there, our friends kept telling us how much we will love it because they have been there many times and it did not disappoint us! I can’t wait to return back again one day. And the gift shop has lots of cool things. We got some cool bar mats for our bar at home. And the painkillers were very good I must say.

Came here by boat for drinks. The captain told us that the first thing we had to do after getting a drink was go upstairs and find Foxy. (Didn't even know there was a "Foxy" :)). What a treat!!!! We found Foxy laying in a hammock with a small crowd around him telling jokes and stories. He was HILARIOUS!! We stayed and listened to and chatted with him for a while. SO MUCH FUN! (Just so you know what you're getting in to, you can find him telling his stories on youtube). Beach was beautiful, drinks were great and we loaded up on lots of great goodies at the awesome store! Definitely a must see!
