The en-Suite bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom The balcony room has access to the balcony and a queen size bed The middle room is a double bed. The en-suite has its own private bathroom. The balcony and middle room share a powder room on the main floor, and a shared bathroom on the lower level. Prices: En-suite is $95 per night Balcony and Middle rooms are $75 per night These prices include breakfast and all taxes. we have free Wi-Fi and access to our tv room on the lower level. Please let us know if you have any food restrictions or allergies at the time of reservation. We are a 3 minute drive to downtown Fenelon Falls We accept Cash and cheques only!

Reviewed By Marium NPrestine condition rooms, and excellent 5-star service. We went with a toddler and another family of 3 (toddler). We enjoyed the property immensely. Beautiful 9-acres of land with a big outdoor patio/gazebo and hot-tub (didn't get to use it). The cottage was well-kept and was ready for us at check in time. Breakfast was included in the price and was a huge delicious breakfast. Warm and welcoming hosts. We had a great time! Will definitely return.

Absolutely disgusting

We found old clothes in the drawers, the plates were stuck to the shelves and there were old hard boiled eggs in the drawers, socks between the mattress, dirty q-tips in the drawer, mould on the shower curtain, .the list goes on. I am amazed that it is still open for business. I would be concerned about the things that are not noticeable right away…….bed bugs!

Reviewed By NoFixedPlansWe were just looking for an inexpensive overnight in Fenlon Falls en route and booked this without a lot of expectations. The room was super-clean (very reassuring in these Covid times) and well stocked with coffee, tea, toiletries, and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable, AC and wifi worked great, and it was convenient to have the mini fridge. Good value. Also the owners are very friendly. We would stay here again.

Reviewed By Rene MBeautiful clean country home. Close to Fenelon Falls. Spacious parking that is big enough for our fishing boat too. Would definitely come back next time we decide to do a little fishing up in Kawartha Lakes.
