Reviewed By Maps711759It was a fam jam with NRI' cousins and we wanted to spend some beautiful time and create wonderful memories....so aquilla villa is one who helped us achieve our goal...this is beautiful villa located in the heart of city but still you will not city buzz. It is beautifully maintained property with all modern amenities. Staff here was really amazing and owner Aditya was very professional and supportive. Yusuf the lead staff was just one call away from anything. Very serene property with properly maintained swimming pool. Whis is one of the USP of this villa. This villa comes under luxury category. This villa was worth a visit. You also have not to worry about food. There is cook available and 70-80 restaurants nearby. You can order through Zomato and swiggy. So this place ticks all the boxes we look for. Perfect gateway for family and friends. Highly highly recommended. Must visit. I am going to visit again n again. This has become our fixed place to create wonderful memories. Thanks Aditya vora ji and Yusuf bhai.

Reviewed By utkarsha92Can't complain about the rooms. Everything was clean. Can't say the same about the service. The staff was slow to respond or just didn't sometimes. And charged 250 rs for a simple buffet breakfast of just poha and idli. There weren't any rate cards anywhere. Even the restaurant had expensive food and not enough quantity or taste to justify it.

Booked a villa and every time someone knocked the door he wait to slip out and enjoy. Food was really nice, tasty and hot. We had a great time. Booking, order for meals everything was seamless.

We were in big group but the kind of hospitality that was extended by the staff at the property was top notch. Special mention for the excellent food that they served.Coming from Delhi I give full credit to the chef who prepared excellent North Indian food for all of us and special mention to chaat they served us in the Dhaba restaurant. Not to forget the amazing breakfast they served us.During our entire 2 night stay we didn’t move out of the property as they have so many things to do inside the triose complex Thank you the entire team and keep doing well in future

Ideally located between Mumbai (85 kms) and Pune ( 95 kms), JenJon Karjat is an ideal location for any short or long breaks for family and friends. Hills on all sides of the property makes it a really attractive place to be in. Matheran is just 55 minutes away and we have many other flowing rivers which are just 10 minutes from JenJon Karjat Resort. We have various Villas and Chalets at the resort which can handle a small family of 2 to a group size of 40. Outdoor Activities include Cycling, Barbeque, Camp fire, Forest trek, Night trek, Swimming in the river, Archery, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket, Throw ball, Frisbee, Table tennis to name a few. A great vacation at Jenjon Hallelujah
Reviewed By Komal JOur family of 10 people spent two days during the last week at JenJon Hallelujah Villa and we loved the beautiful villa, the staff and its food. Nicely laid out villa with a lot of space for the kids to move around and play. The villa also has a very big swimming pool that made the stay very comfortable. We asked for the floats and were given many floats to play in the swimming pool. Since we stayed for 2 nights we were also given a small discount on prices. There were a choice of Indoor games but we chose jenga, Uno cards, Taboo, carom board and out small kids had their own set of games. The staff took care of us well. Hallelujah villa is a practical done up place with each of getting a place to sleep on the bed. We also went to the badminton and volley ball court which is about 100 meters from the villa. Also played some cricket and the staff provided us bat, stumps and balls The food was very good, simple but tasty and the staff heard what we liked and helped us when we required. Hope to come back with our office staff soon

It is a beach touch property with 2 VILLAS and 6 executive rooms and 8 premium rooms with sea view Both villa are 1600 sq feet with 2 bathrooms,1 kitchen & a verandah 1) TWO BEDROOM VILLA - Has 2 double beds where 4 people can sleep on bed & 4 more people can sleep on floor mattresses. A/C and private kitchen. 2) THREE BEDROOM VILLA-Has 3 double beds where 6 people can sleep on bed & 6 more people can sleep on floor mattresses. AIR CONDITIONED and a private kitchen and 3) There are 6 executive rooms .2 to 3 people can stay comfortably in each room.4) there are 8 PREMIUM ROOMS WITH SEA VIEW All are airconditioned rooms

I booked Premium room with sea view for one day with lot of good reviews on Google, Booking.com and MMT, and hence my expectations were high. I reached around 5:30 PM and there was no warm welcome. Sanjay Chaudhary was the person only available in entire property. Room was allocated was not meeting even 2 star category of resort. There was no sea view from room. When we asked why not sea view then reason was given because of coconut tree growth sea view is not available now, then don’t know why MMT mentioned room category as premium with sea view. Really disappointed. Not worth for the price MMT is charging for such kind of rooms. There is no furniture in room except bed and one small wardrobe. Towels provided were smelling. Bed linen was ok. There is varanda for each room to seat and enjoy breakfast / dinner, however food is not served in room. After ordering food, need to go to resort restaurant only. Food test is ok. You can’t order a-la-catre breakfast, you need to book package and again breakfast will not be served in room. Looks like they do not have people to provide service to guest. Frequent electricity power cut and it may stay 10-15 mins sometimes. Difficult to stay without AC during power cut. Only BSNL network is available at facility. Wi-fi is good. Hotel area is good full of greenery which is only plus point I can see. Beach is 5 mins walk from villa. Malgund beach is polluted with lot of solid waste on the beach. No beach cleanup. Please contact property and ask for photos of room and view from room before booking this property. I will not visit again to this property. Travelled on 30th June 2022 with family.

Each of the 1 storied villa have 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms(with 2 sofa cum beds each), 1 fully equipped kitchen & an open terrace. The bungalows are newly constructed and operational since Dec 2011.

Reviewed By Mehul_Vora_MumbaiMr.Ashish Bhatia ensured a Quick and Smooth booking process and also allowed for a last minute change to accommodate a group of 6 for an extra night. Our check in was at 12am in the night but to our surprise the care taker Mr. Amol ensured that we checked in properly and did a small briefing session regarding the do's and don'ts. Amol had also arranged food for us basis our request so that we don't have to run for the same at weird hours. It was a pleasure to have stayed at Bhatia Villas and will reccommend the same for a stay of 6-10 people.

I recommend for Jains consider staying at this place . Swimming pool, Kids Play area, Nice Home Theatre and good Food. Critical point : The Quality of all rooms are not up to the mark in terms of ambiance, interiors. Some maintenance is required for improving the living quality for the patrons Food items are very expensive consider buying a all meal package or at-least B&B . Overall good experience

Good facilities but slow service
Reviewed By Brianpereira123My family stayed in this hotel for three nights (May 30 - June 1). We had a room on the third floor with a large private balcony and a good view. The room was clean and had all the essentials: separate geyser for bath, fridge, cable TV, water purifier. Room service is good. Sheets changed daily. Room cleaned daily. The in-room dining service is really slow as a family manages the kitchen. But the quality of food is good. Simple home cooked meals. The tea and coffee was too sweet. Meals are not expensive. Order from the Menu. Limited choice. The swimming pool was clean, but it is small. Location is not good as it is far from the market. So you pay Rs 100 for each taxi trip to the market. Rs 100 again to return. Wi-fi did not work at times. But excellent mobile network connectivity. Book well in advance to get a good rate on the room.

My Visit to Pannchgani & Mahabaleshwar with My Parents

I had happened to book this property directly and we interacted with their Sales Person or Coordinator Mr. Tanmay, he booked the property for us and mentioned that you might have to shift to another room the next day incase the rooms are full to which we said yes. We checked in at the hotel on 1st May and 2nd May at 1:30pm their staff came and said that sir has asked you to check out and check in in a new room. I requested that i have parents who are senior citizens and if we can stay in this room or we were about to change the room we should have been informed prior.to which this guy Tanmay literally harrased over phone by keep on calling her. I literally got irritated and managed to get another to which the balcony chairs were all dirty and there were constant water logging in washroom which never got rectified. My complaint is to this Guy Tanmay who is doesn't have manners how to speak to client. If the owner of this property is reading I would urge to take an action against him. Apart from that location is good, staff is friendly and food is also fine.
