Reviewed By sophdoph1405Would not recommend this hotel at all, we arrived at the hotel. It was like a ghost town, no one on reception and when she did greet us she was quite rude and not welcoming. We arrived in our room with ants all in the wardrobe, the both front and balcony door broken. Very dated. The pool was full of dead insects. Literally feels 1 person works here and never see anyone else. We moved hotel within 2 hours.

Beautiful breakfast cooked to perfection everyday, she really made our stay wonderful. We can highly recommend this place and would love to go back again.

Reviewed By billyfergieWe stayed here for a week, the villa accommodation was large and modern with a great large bathroom with bith bath and shower. Bedroom was also large with a comfortable king size bed. Villa was cleaned every day and towels, beach towels and water changed on a daily basis. Pool area was beautiful with plenty of loungers for the number of guests and size of place. Staff were very friendly and respectful. Blu Pine is about a 10-15min walk to beach and centre and there is a free shuttle from Blu Pine. The best restaurants we found were actually all on the road Blu Pine was on and with a few minutes walk. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Reviewed By NicLas9031Nice and clean hotel at resenable price. Friendly staff and possibility to rent motorbike. Close to beach and restaurants. Pool area is a bit small but very clean and cosy. Breakfast if you like in the morning at a price. Choose room or pool side bungalow.

Reviewed By 277kjerstifWe stayed here in January 2020. It could have been so good, but unfortunately the bad service ruined our stay. Our place was never cleaned properly in over one week. Bathroom sink was so dirty. The breakfast was awful. Really limited and no healthy options except some water melon and pineapple. Getting there is such a hassle. The steep hill up to the apartments limits the feeling of freedom while staying here. No one helped us with our bags when we arrived or when we left. I think if you want to stay here be prepared for an Airbnb experience, not a hotel. While there are so many beautiful places with amazing service I would definitely stay somewhere else.

Reviewed By sscdjoIf you are planning a trip with a group of people. renting a villa is a great thing to do. Rent a 4 bedroom house with its own pool. Seperate rooms with en-suites, large lounge are. modern kitchen. All very luxurious. a short walk to Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Albeit down a hill (great exercise). You can leave all the business of the beaches to stay up a small hill and enjoy peace and quiet in a green and quiet setting.

Reviewed By TkzoufalNot only did we get a free update to a villa because of my girlfriend's allergy, but the friendliness and competence of the whole staff made our stay here one of our favourites yet. We enjoyed the recommendations given to us by the manager, who spoke crystal clear english, an understandable rarity in Thailand, but great for communication nevertheless. Every interaction with the members of the Kata Hill and Seaview team felt genuine and made us feel welcome. Both properties are really clean and outfitted luxuriously, eg. with their own branded drinking water - we never had to buy from the store. Definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to our next stay there.

Reviewed By cla3008Всем добрый день. Поездка в Таиланд была запланирована в мае месяце и отель этот мы забронировали за полгода до поездки, прочитав якобы хорошие отзывы. Ресепшена в отеле нет. Мы написали хозяйке на WhatsApp, что у нас будет поздний заезд. К гостинице приехали в 4 утра, нас никто не встречал и не ждал, на телефонные звонки нам не отвечали.Охранник появился только в 10 утра, все это время мы сидели на ступеньках на улице. Номер мы бронировали с видом на сад, в результате нас поселили в какой- то тюремный номер с очень маленькими окнами и с решетками на них на первом ярусе Естественно, мы начали возмущаться, на что нам сказали - хотите тот номер, доплачивайте. В этот же день мы оттуда съехали, сняв другую гостиницу. При обращении на Booking, с помощью которого мы, собственно, и бронировали эту гостиницу-бунгало мы поддержки не нашли. Я так думаю, на этом и зарабатываются деньги. Мы потеряли 21000 рублей, деньги нам никто не вернул и не собирается , похоже, возвращать. Номер был снят на 9 дней с 17 по 26 декабря 2019 года.
