Villa Maris is a modern apartments complex, built in 2008. Situated in pleasant surroundings of mediteranian seaside. The villa consists of different apartments, intended for the accommodation of two to six people. Due to the serenity of the surroundings and the nearness of Petrovac beaches it is setting the scene for a beautiful vacation place. The main beach is only 100m far, beach Lucice 250 m , the nearest supermarket only 10m far away and the closest restaurant only 100m away. The complex of apartments is taken care of every day by maids. Located at the entrance to Przno, just 50 metres from the sea, Villa Sara Guesthouse is surrounded by oak and olive trees. It offers air-conditioned accommodation units with balconies and free WiFi access. The sandy beach is 150 metres away. All accommodation units provide a minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable and pay-per-view channels. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some units come with an equipped kitchen. A grocery shop is 100 metres away, while the nearest cafe and restaurant can be found within a 200-metre radius. The town of Budva with its vibrant night life is about 5 km away. Tivat Airport is about 26 km from Guesthouse Villa Sara. Free public parking is available nearby.
Excellent location, spectacular views and comfortable accomodation
Reviewed By 2019AndreSituated in one of the most picturesque places in Montenegro the villa provides a very comfortable accommodation and a family like atmosphere. The highlight of the villa is the terrace where guests are served their meals: breathtaking views of the small village of Przno from above accompanied by excellent soft music. Villa Sara is located not far from Budva and near the bus stop (if you don't have a car). Strongly recommended

Рестораны- на любой вкус. Свой ресторан ACD один из лучших. Вкусно, порции большие, обслуживание быстро и качественно. Мы брали путевку с 2-х разовым питанием. Можно выбирать как нравится, ходить завтрак-обед или завтрак-ужин. Уборка ежедневно. Горячая вода без перебоев, сантехника исправная. WIFI по всей гостинице работает норм. Из неприяного: Обман с площадью комнаты. Заявлена 20м2+ 6м2 балкон. В реальности 10м2 комната (3.60*2.50),3,5м2 санузел (150*240), 3м2 балкон. Фотки комнаты а сайте ACD сделаны очень хитро, в реальности чтоб открыть балкон надо сложить доп.кровать. :( Застройка всего поселка очень плотная, стена соседней виллы в 3 м. Вид с балкона не очень. Акустическая труба, слышен разговор с ресторана даже. Стены тонкие, слышимость соседей как в хрущевках.

We were given a room with a king size bed , but asked for 2 separate beds The girls at the reception tried to solve the problem, but the owner asked for extra 20 euros per night. We had been waiting at the reception for 5 or 6 hours hoping our representative could help us. Nothing happened. Night was approaching, we asked to show us the room with 2 separate beds, then the owner asked for 40 euros extra,,, and added in his language:"If you don't like you can go home". (He thought we couldn't understand his words).You can imagine our stay at this hotel after such a "pleasant" welcome....

Reviewed By Miri DWe stayed only for a night. The room was clean, but a bit tiny. We had an AC and a fridge and a balcony which we enjoyed for sitting outside and having a drink. The owner Nikola was very friendly and gave us all needed information about the best restaurant and beaches nearby. A bakery is closeby for having breakfast at the balcony. Its a 15 minute walk to the beach and downtown, where its usually very crowdy. We enjoyed staying out of the party zone. Wifi was working. The room is too small to stay longer but very okay for some nights. Parking was no problem. One thing we did not like: Due to the small size of the room, the AC was pointing directly onto the bed. This is why we were not using it while sleeping.

Welcome! 3-star Hotel Villa Anastasia was built and opened since 2015 in Budva, Montenegro. The hotel is designed to rest for young couples, families with children and the elderly. To all the guests we concern in a family way, with warmth and care. The hotel has only 12 rooms, 4 rooms on the floor for every taste and wealth. We try to create a sense of not just a hotel, but large comfortable house.

Reviewed By EyerissGreat apartments, spacious, very clean and quality furniture. AC working perfectly, sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on for two additional people. The owners were very friendly, although we made some noise and woke them twice for a reserve key, they made no compliance. We will be back.
