As previously, the staff were incredibly friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and pleasant. Resort is boutique and luxurious, and we just love the Villas, both "regular" and "Royal" ones, for their layout and level of comfort. Can't wait to go back again.

The venue is beautifully maintained, nothing is to much trouble and we felt warmly welcomed from the first moment to the last. A good selection is available from the 2 restaurants...both Indonesian and Italian and the included breakfasts and afternoon teas were plentiful. I loved our stay here and will happily return. Thank you Kayumanis team ???

Completed in June 2015, Melali is a villa retreat in Bingin on the Bukit Peninsula in south Bali. Set within a lush tropical garden, Melali sleeps six people in two sunset suites and one private villa. The property can be booked in its entirety or by individual rooms. Guests will enjoy comfortable, modern well appointed air-conditioned rooms with beautiful open air bathrooms. With two pools, a large open sitting and dining area and TV room, it is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Reviewed By roshpat1610I was on a 6 day 5 night getaway from Singapore with my mother. It was an amazing experience and we cant wait to go back 1. The facilities were top notch: Both the villa room with private pool and the upstairs room were lovely - designed with lovely view, balcony and lovely open bathrooms - felt like we were in quiet paradise 2. The delicious food- the breakfast prepared every day was delicious and was lovely to connect with the other guests from all over the world. 3. Location was perfect - was very quiet lane and yet really close a lot of the lovely cafes, beaches and key sightseeing areas and was very easy to get around to all the key sightseeing 4. Massage - Mom and I had the best massage organized by them 5. WiFI- I had to work out of Melali for a day or so and my work requires heavy duty internet connection with a lot of heavy excels - Melali's internet connect was better than what I had back in Singapore :) 6. Driver - they organized very friendly and prompt English speaking drivers for us both to the airport and for our Ubud day trip. 7. Most of the all, service - Liam, Elise and the girls made us feel like we were at home with their exceptional service - they made us feel like we were part of the family - so friendly and accommodating - recommendations on where we should go, dropping us wherever we needed to, sorting out any minor issues and requests promptly. Miss them! I would like to add that it was very affordable for the wonderful experience. Usually, the boutique hotels that provide this kind of experience and service are much much more expensive in my experience. Very lucky to have found Melali and cant wait to take mom back!

They didn't bother to move us to another villa, just put more air freshener. EW. Seriously, they need better maintenance. Hard to find the location. Time of stay: May 2020 Will we come back? The smell of the dead mouse is quite traumatizing so no.

A beautiful property that had to endure the pandemic effect
Reviewed By 274marshafBali in general is affected badly by the pandemic, and that is visible at this hotel. I'll start with the pros. Pros: + Our sunrise villa was huge and the sunrise was very beautiful. + Helpful staff despite the difficult situation. + Very spacious bedroom, bathroom, and lounge area beside your very own private pool, also with outdoor bathtub that didn't lack privacy. + No buffet, but a la carte breakfast was good complete with fruit, juices, toast everyday. We also got floating breakfast. + We were on our honeymoon so we liked the quietness. Cons: - It's at the very end of small streets, a bit hidden from the main road and gets dark at night. I wouldn't want to ride motorcycle by myself at night. I don't recommend staying here if you go out a lot. - They cut back on facilities because of COVID-19: no shuttle, no cable TV, no netflix, no sandals unless you ask, no welcome fruit. - Apparent signs of low maintenance i.e. alley full of leaves, bath tub was not cleaned when we arrived, some odor when you open the drawer (maybe because of lack of guests) Judging from the reviews here, I think it wasn't as good as what it used to be. But they also had to cut on manpower and maintenance to survive, so it's justified. Hopefully COVID-19 is over soon and Bali comes back alive again :)

I just wish to leave a review about how prompt they are in dealing with the rescheduling then cancellation with prompt refund. Danika has been very sweet, personal and great in our entire experience both before booking and after the Covid. We wish everyone stay well at HH and we will definitely visit once the situation is settled.

We booked it as our first stop on Bali to relax after a 25-hour flight and adapt to the life in tropics. It paid off absolutely. Quiet place, great service team, excellent fresh fish and seafood picked by the chef at the market specially for us. Eugene was more than hospitable, helped us plan our stay to the best value! Looking forward to returning once.

A wonderful stay
Reviewed By paulyt1The rooms are amazing. We were upgraded from a one bed pool villa to a three bed, Pure luxury. Staff are wonderful - and very polite. Housekeeping is speedy and efficient We only had breakfast and to be honest the evening meals didn't sound exciting - but there are plenty of good places nearby. Shuttle bus to the beach but it's cheap to get a taxi too
