The worst resort ever - do not believe reviews by any KOLs
Reviewed By thair9We had a terrible stay at this nightmare resort. How on earth a self-claimed 5 star resort did not turn on AC and let alone family wtih 2 kids plus 1 infant in terrible summer heat. Managet was ask to turn on AC but íreponsibly ran away without any help. Staff ignore asks from us. Food way so slowly served and not worth in a 5 star. Expect lies from 5 star price but one star service

Reviewed By Hoa HKS ở khu trung tâm thành phố, đường trước mặt lớn, dễ tìm. KS mới khai thác nên phòng ốc, đồ dùng rất sạch, ưng mắt. Giá phòng bao gồm bữa ăn sáng ngon. Khách vừa ăn vừa ngắm đàn cá koi rất đẹp tung tăng bơi lội....

Excellent hotel with cozy room
Reviewed By Lê TPhi Long hotel, - The hotel is located in a villa area near Tuy Hoa station. A bit far from the center but quiet and convenient for travel. - The hotel has the area to park a motorbike so it does not worry about safety. There are elevators convenient for getting up to the 5th floor. Our room is on 5th floor - Hotel planting a variety of ornamental plants in front of hotel, creating a very effective green area. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and well equipped with modern equipment (new hotel). - We arrived at the hotel around 15:30 but the room was not ready so had to wait about 20 minutes. It not effect to us because the staff are quite friendly and enthusiastic.

Reviewed By Dung_SanhKS mới, phòng đẹp,không đi đâu với giá này mà tìm được phòng tốt như vậy.anh chị chủ ks vô cùng thân thiện và dễ mến, sẵn sàng cho khách mượn xe máy đi dạo lòng vòng. Phía sau ks là bãi biển (dễ tắm hơn bãi trung tâm). Chỉ hơi tiếc một chút là khu này mới nên hàng quán chưa có nhiều, hy vọng tới đây khu này sẽ nhộn nhịp hơn.

Welcome to Samstay - Near by the sea (only 100m) Samstay have 3 privated rooms and 3 shared rooms. Ideal for family or friends travelling together. All Rooms features: Air-conditioning, Free wifi, clothes rack, warm water shower Room 1 : 2 double beds + WC (25$/night) Room 2,4: 1 double beds + WC (15$/room/night) Room 3 (Attic): 5 single beds Room 5 (Ground + Attic): 3 single beds, 3 bunk beds +WC Room 6: 4 bunk beds You can sleep while listening to the sound of sea ^^ Rooms is very beautiful and isolated (front facade, view garden, open to the outdoor lounge area immediately, we can chat and relax) With innovative design, each space has a unique window overlooking the wide balcony or you can see some atriums filled with trees around rooms. With Samstay's outdoor features ( Shower, Barbecue, Dinner & Bar, Kitchen, Terrace) You can enjoy outdoor parties with your friends and family. When you come to Samstay you will meet these host extremely cute & fun.

Reviewed By ThiHanhHoaLeIt's very nice, close to Beach, city central, easy to travel. Landlords are friendly, helpful. They manage all the things themselves carefully We feel that we're home. The price at the time we came is reasonable. They can also give you useful information of land tours, and can rent for you the car with nice and professional driver.

Una pena de hotel
Reviewed By ulisesValenciaLo primero cuando llegue es que me dieron una habitación con la ventana enladrillada, sin luz natural ni aireación y con el baño con goteras. Pa morirse, baje con la maleta a recepción para que me cambiaran la habitación y me dijeron que al día siguiente porque estaba lleno, falso porque solo éramos tres clientes en el hotel. A la mañana siguiente me cambiaron de habitación a la sexta planta, por fin ventana con luz y baño sin goteras, pero cada día con plaga de bichos especialmente hormigas y arañitas minúsculas preciosa las mesas y detrás del minibar. Un horror!! Cada mañana a las ocho la chica de la limpieza llamaba a la puerta e insistía hasta que abría porque quería entrar a limpiar, hasta que me queje y me dejó tranquilo. Una pena porque está bien ubicado pero muy abandonado por la propiedad El baño es tan pequeñito y sin mampara que lo inundas todo
