Ange and team offer a personal, differentiated service, where the default answer is "no problem, no worries ". Imagine a hotel where the Maitre D' takes the time to call each guest by their name , where the bar is closed when you arrive from airport at 2.45 am and they open the bar for you, where a young child needs hospital treatment and the hotel staff bring the child and parent to the hospital, where the Maitre D' checks you in for your flight and prints your boarding pass, where you check out at 12 noon but keep the room until 7.00 pm as you have an evening flight, where 2 members of staff make sure you get onto the right bus for the airport, where you can come in and they'll change the channel in the bar to watch the French Open if you wish, I saw all this and more last week . Thanks to all at Poseidon for an unforgettable holiday. Hope to be back one day with all the other repeat customers.

Reviewed By GreekmartynStayed here in May. Perfectly positioned overlooking Square with sea view and easy access on foot to seafront town and old town. Beautiful appartements in pristine condition with all the facilities you would expect. Don’t know why you would chose anywhere else

Good value for money
Reviewed By Maxine LWe stayed at the Filitsa for a month. Good value for money but please don't go expecting 5*. It is very basic and could do with updating but Katerina is a lovely lady, who keeps the rooms clean and makes the beds nearly every day. She was kind enough to leave us cake and bottled water. The apartments are in a great location just 5 mins walk to the beach. We will be back!!

Polystyrene Cups !
Reviewed By Dennis MGreat location on the sea front in Mastichari. We stayed for 4 nights before moving on to Kos Town. Everything that you might expect from a 2* hotel, with excellent free wi-fi, good rooms. If anything let’s it down it would be the provision of polystyrene cups for hot drinks and limited number of power points. We had to switch the fridge off to boil the kettle. We would use it again as the Pros far outweigh the Cons

Reviewed By carson64Premetto che avevamo prenotato tramite agenzia di viaggi, al nostro arrivo a Kos c'era un transfer ad aspettarci per andare all'appartamento. Veniamo portate da Toni's, ci ritroviamo di fronte ad un edificio fatiscente ed abbandonato, desolato e deserto, sporco e pieno di gatti. Non c'era niente che rispettasse la foto che avevamo visto online, dal vivo era tutto così diverso e peggio. Disperatissime contattiamo la signora del punto informazioni, in primis ci viene riferito che la nostra prenotazione per 5 in verità risultava essere per 4 (ripeto... prenotazione fatta tramite agenzia di viaggi), dopo aver chiarito questa incomprensione veniamo fatte accomodare in camera. La camera si presenta ai limiti dello sporco malgrado avessimo visto con i nostri occhi una cameriera che stava pulendo (?)., credo di non aver mai visto una stanza così sporca, mancava un letto, il divanetto era sfondato ed il tavolino per mangiare inesistente, sul piano cottura erano ancora presenti briciole e cose appiccicate, il frigo era completamente pieno di ghiaccio e puzzolente. La porta dell'appartamento non si chiudeva e quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare il responsabile per farla sistemare (vi giuro che trovare un responsabile è stata un'impresa). In un complesso di più appartamenti, il nostro era l'unico affittato (chissà come mai). LA posizione è pessima, tra mucche, galline e asini. Le lenzuola sul letto erano piene di capelli, ai vetri erano attaccate cacche di uccello, le sedie di plastica presenti risultavano impraticabili a causa della mancanza delle gambe. Il bagno sporco a tal punto che per farci una doccia siamo dovute andare a comprare il sapone ed il detersivo per lavarlo, quando siamo andate a lavarci usciva schiuma da ogni buco. Siamo rimaste da Toni's per una notte, malgrado la nostra prenotazione fosse per 7 notti. Siamo fuggite prima... scappate per impraticabilità e premetto che eravamo ragazze molto spartane che non pretendevano niente di lussuoso ma solo qualcosa di pulito. ah dimenticavo, non aspettatevi nessun tipo di accoglienza in quanto la reception è inesistente e le chiavi vengono lasciate direttamente nella toppa, in più non esiste nessuno che ti possa dare informazioni o a cui rivolgersi. EVITATELO; FAREBBE SCHIFO ANCHE AI MAIALI, NON BASTANO PAROLE PER DESCRIVERE LA SITUAZIONE. COSTA POCO ED è CHIARO IL PERCHè, MEGLIO DORMIRE IN UNA STALLA.
