Reception - 10 out of 10, friendly staff, excellent welcome, smiles, we felt at home immediately. Room - 10 out of 10, 100% value for money, comfortable bed, slept well every night. Great shower, plenty of hot water. Our room was serviced daily, always spotless. Breakfast- 10 out of 10, our rate included breakfast, they were the we had had in Vietnam. The service was excellent. The staff were always smiling, they appreciated our thank yous, which they deserved. Management - 10 out of 10, ready to help with anything we needed. Lovely, friendly people, it was a pleasure getting to know them. We would 100% stay here again, we have recommended the hotel to all our friends. Some have already made bookings.

Reviewed By mattiT150Nice inexpensive resort only one hour away from Nhatrang. Two nice swimming pools and nice beach. Good restaurants and great breakfast. Hotel property is like big garden beautiful flowers and trees all over. Room was little worn-out but clean. Nice staff in the reception. Waiters didn't look happy at all what was big disappointment...no one wish you hello or good evening. Check out their credit card machine didn't work....I tried Amex and MasterCard, my friend try too but no working....I was happy at my friend had cash...no comment from the staff... nobody were sorry !!! That was big minus

Love Hotel Nha Trang would definitely be the best option for people to enjoy a romantic trip with their lovers. Located in a quiet lane, just 5 minutes away from the beach, rooms are well equipped with decent furniture and facilities, the environment is clean and tidy. Last but not least, several famous stores such as seafood BBQ and massage are located just next to or nearby the hotel, it's quite convenient for tourists to explore the most lively area of Nha Trang.

The hotel has a large parking area convenient for tour groups and families with their own cars. Around the hotel there are many places to eat, near the market. Will come back when I have the opportunity to come to Nha Trang. Love this hotel.

Two stars NOT three
Reviewed By ngoctrantranDefinitely two stars for the price of three stars hotel. The door is thin so you can hear people coming in and out of their room. The air conditioning runs loud throughout the night from the balcony. There's really no view either. The bathtub drains directly into the bathroom floor. I don't understand why even bother to put in a bathtub. The sink has a water pipe, but it also leaks water on to the bathroom floor. I don't know why they have a drain pipe if water is going to dump directly on to the floor. The mirror needs to be replaced. It looks moldy. Check out the enclosed pictures. There were traces of hair on the side of the bathtub. Hopefully those were mine.

Reviewed By Khang NKhách sạn to nhưng chưa biết khai thác hết. Nhân viên thì hình như ko chuyên nghiệp, mình đặt online mà cũng ko có thông tin, giá bao nhiêu cũng ko biết. Phòng rộng và sạch, mặc dù ở khu VIP nhưng phòng cách âm tệ quá, sát quốc lộ xe chạy ầm ầm. Nói chung sẽ ko quay lại!
