Reviewed By William REverything was great about this hotel. The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was impressive and it was really relaxing when you are lying in bed and there is a gentle current. Also, the food was tasty. Definitely worth a try.

A very short visit
Reviewed By barrile_skjI’m honestly surprised with these reviews. It’s quaint and has some Thai charm but that’s it. Perhaps it’s because it’s so quiet ? I had barely a welcome. I asked about booking a tour or driver and was met with confusion. Annoying because I had messaged them before my arrival about whether to book in advance or with them. I was shown to my room then reception closed up, which was after I realised I had no wifi information. I’m sure I was the only guest and put in the worst room at the back near the toilets, pans & cleaning stuff. It was dark and depressing and full of mosquitoes. It was hot, the fridge & air-con were off. There was no security as the windows didn’t lock but you couldn’t have them open either for light because of the mosquitoes. I persevered for an hour but still no one surfaced to discuss these issues, so I cut my losses and moved on.

Reviewed By J4939HJmichaelpThere are a number of guest houses along the river in this area which is more or less the tourism strip. I checked out a couple of them before choosing the Frog, as it was the best option at a walk-in price of 500 THB. Although the garden setting on the river is indeed lovely, the accommodation itself is very basic even by Asian standards. The air-conditioning and hot water worked well but the bedding was dirty and of poor quality. Unfortunately, I had bad luck with the people occupying the room above me. They were up until the wee hours of the morning and I could here every move they made. Overall, a rather unpleasant stay, so I chose a different accommodation for the next night.

Reviewed By supernumwaanที่พักริมน้ำ การเดินทางจากถนนใหญ่ไม่ยาก แต่ควรไปถึงที่พักก่อนค่ำ สถานที่จอดรถ มีอย่างพอเพียง สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ได้รวมอาหารเช้าและเย็นด้วย ชอบอาหารเย็นที่นี้ มาก รสชาติดีวัตถุดิบสดใหม่ และภายในบริเวณรีสอร์ท ยังมีสวนผลไม้สวนผัก รวมไปถึงการเลี้ยงไก่ไข่ ที่ใช้วัตถุดิบที่มีมาทำอาหารให้กับลูกค้า สำหรับหน้ารีสอร์ท มีมุมให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะ ต้นไม้เยอะ และในส่วนที่พักบนแพ ก็มีความเงียบสงบดี แต่สำหรับพ่อคนอาคารที่ได้พักนั้น มีความสะอาดดี ห้องน้ำกว้างมาก สามารถมองเห็นวิวแม่น้ำได้นิดหน่อย และจะต้องขึ้นบันได 1 ชั้น แต่ที่นอน ค่อนข้างที่จะนอนไม่สบายตัว อยากให้ปรับเรื่องฟูกที่นอนค่ะ เพราะค่อนข้างเป็นหลุม และหมอนนอนแล้วเทไม่สบายทำให้นอนไม่หลับเท่าที่ควร แต่สำหรับบรรยากาศทั่วไป ถือได้ว่าดีมากค่ะ และพนักงานก็บริการดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย และอาหารเย็นสามารถเติมได้ การตกแต่งรีสอร์ทและบรรยากาศโดยรวมถือว่าดีมากค่ะ ได้เปลี่ยนบรรยากาศเหมือนมานอนที่ไร่ที่ฟาร์ม แต่ก็ยังเต็มไปด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เป็นอีกหนึ่งที่พักที่แนะนำค่ะ

Actually the location is so plain, no mountain view or river view as others popular accommodation in Kanjanaburi Province. So using this colorful design to replace the weakness is so smart thought. You can spend whole day in this little boutique hotel, thousand of photo shots will keep you busy all day.
