Excellent resort
Reviewed By Никаких ТVery good place to go for annual break to relax and bring your health up to the good level. Facilities are excellent, quality accommodation, lovely food, high level medical services and treatments. The territory is huge and well maintained, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, gym, spas, plenty things to do even without going outside the territory of the complex.

Reviewed By YAD07This sanatorium has an excellent location, beautiful park and 5 own beaches. But the staff can be uncivil, especially some doctors and beach boys who are not shouting loudly every time some swims over the “swimming zone” which is only 50 meters from the shore. Cleaning is too superficial. Full board but dishes are not varied and not tasty, especially breakfasts; lack of fresh fruits even in summer. The restaurant and elevators in the main building are just horrible. Overall quite poor quality for money, you do not feel relaxed in this place in summer.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed
Reviewed By StratosSafioleasDesperately in need of renovation. I have stayed at building-3 during the Sochi Olympics. The bathroom window had a piece of paper stuck to block people from looking in; it smelled; the carpet had stains, bed covers with cigarette burns.

Relaxing, healthy vacation

This resort has a beautiful park, very nice beach ( even it's a pebble beach), lots of space to tan and swim, lots of sun beds and umbrellas. The food in the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner - included in the price of your stay) was absolutely fine as we kept in mind that it 's not a hotel resort all inclusive and cannot be compared to Dominican or Turkey 5 star hotels. It was typical Russian home made cuisine, good quality and lots of variety, always fresh - we really enjoyed it. The personnel at the resort and at the restaurant was helpful, polite, accommodating, great service! Rooms are quite modest and have a Soviet style look BUT we liked it! Cleaning ladies work hard all day trying to keep clean the rooms and common areas. Park is maintained beautifully as well. A little bit boring in the evening as the entertainment was available only for kids but we didn't really care as our goal was to relax as much as possible from our busy life in Toronto. We spent all day on the beach, swimming and tanning, and in the evening had nice walks in the park. There are lots of things to see around this area as it is situated close to Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana, National park, Olympic Stadium, other interesting places. We decided to come back next year but this time with my husband as he loved our pictures and stories. P.S. Special Thank you to Natalya Borisovna, Nachmed,( Russian word for the Principal Doctor) who helped us to schedule massages, herbal baths, etc. as our stay included medical services.

Мы веселые - думаем нас запомнили (спасибо персоналу за понимание, ребята Вы классные). Заселили по приезду - мы не ждали 12-00 - нам повезло. Номера большие - чистые- новые. Вид замечательный с балкона - бассейн, море, территория - она вся ухоженная красивая. Еда нормальная, кому не нравится - есть кафе на набережной - мы его посетили - очень вкусно. Можно поехать в медийную на Курортный проспект -там чудесные мидии - с красивой подачей, можно присесть в заведении в самом, а можно на пляже, светящийся кубик будет служить вам столиком , а подушки стульями))) В отеле красивая набережная. Мы за четыре дня побывали на всех локациях санатория, и даже посетили караоке. В день отъезда мы продлили номер - спасибо персоналу за организацию этого момента. Рекомендуем Всем НОРМАЛЬНЫМ людям! Кому мало фруктов, деликатесов и развлечений, не устраивает расположение, сервис и т.п. атрибуты - будьте готовы за это заплатить. Такой отдых будет стоить от 150 000 рублей на двоих за неделю и не в нашей стране. Один минус был - погода! Пару дней холод и дождь - но к санаторию это не имеет никакого отношения - вопросы к небесной канцелярии. Зеленая Роща! Спасибо за наш отдых!

Reviewed By alexm262What an amazing experience - to find yourself in the Soviet Union of 1950s, in a majestic building full of columns and massive blocks of Stalinist architecture, inside and out. Yes, it is a 21st century now, and the huge indoor pool has been closed for years, the park in front of the Sanatorium has broken paths covered with moss, but the Sanatorium itself, built in 1956, has been thoroughly renovated and is very clean and comfortable. If you go there, choose the booking with medical treatments even if you are in perfect health. The price difference is very small, and you will be entitled to a whole gamut of typically Soviet treatments, like mineral baths, circular showers, mud patches, delicious oxygen cocktails, mineral water, massages, inhalations, quartz treatments, you name it. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, doctors and nurses, the reception girls, the cafeteria personnel. Just keep in mind that very few people speak any English there. In case you are a vegetarian, expect to eat lots of salads but not main entrees (meat and fish only). Overall, it is like Nights at a History Museum. Go for it, jump into a Time Machine and spend a few nights in the era long gone!

Рядом автобусная остановка. 20 мин. на такси до а/п Адлера за 800 руб. 3. Обильное, вкусное и разнообразное питание по заказному меню. 4. Хорошие процедуры. 5. В целом, любезный персонал. 6. Люксы на твердую четверку. Все есть, от халатов и тапочек до утюга и посуды. Все вполне новое, чистое, в рабочем состоянии. 7. Мертвая тишина. 8. Вечерние развлечения на любой вкус: от оперы «Евгений Онегин» в постановке Метрополитен Опера — телеверсия, до к/ф «Чемпион мира» и караоке; от шахмат до «Мафии» и лото. 9. Неплохой крытый бассейн с морской водой. 10. Уборка, смена белья, полотенец — на хорошем уровне. Минусы 1. Очень дорого. Цены уровня венгерских курортов. Хотя совершенно очевидно, что расходы на продукты питания, коммунальные услуги, зарплату и налоги в России на порядок ниже, чем в Европе. 2. Шумный кондиционер. 3. Деревянный жесткий шезлонг в лоджии люкса. 4. Бассейн нужно назначать, как процедуры, - по времени. Иначе получается не плавание, а бултыхание между головами. 5. Необходима неустанная работа с персоналом. 10% портят все впечатление: медсестра-диспетчер (по-моему, Илона) и сестры из 25-го кабинета словно застыли в сельпо 80-х годов, в стиле «Вас много, а я одна. Берите, что дают.» Девочки, кроме любезности и услужливости, вам нечего предъявить миру, так что усвойте нехитрую логическую цепочку: клиент — это деньги, деньги — это зарплата, зарплата — это хлеб с маслом. 6. Обеденный перерыв у персонала (в т. ч. и врачей) должен быть в обед постояльцев — с 13-00 до 14-00, а никак не с 12-00. 7. Все процедуры должны работать до вечера, а то в 15-00 уже все избушки на клюшке. 8. Формула Люксов не реализована и на 50%. Это же элитный клуб, вроде Аэрофлотовского Бизнес-класса, попав куда, уже не хочешь соскакивать. А здесь в два раза дороже платишь только за 2 комнаты и все, а должно быть еще по меньшей мере: - сумки с фирменным логотипом для посещения процедур; - приоритетный выбор времени процедур; - эксклюзивное время посещения бассейна, например, с 07-00 до 08-00 и с 17-00 до 18-00; - ресторанное питание (в части качества и подачи) по формуле: шведский стол + заказное меню за счет уменьшения объема еды; - столики в ресторане на двоих — вчетвером очень тесно; - в ресторане не колченогие стулья, а удобные полукресла. 9. Невозможно просто заказать и оплатить путевку на сайте. Надо заказать, потом дождаться звонка оператора. Операторы не торопятся, я сам перезванивал. Потом оказывается, того, что я выбрал, нет в наличии, предлагают другой номер и другие даты, а я завишу от расписания рейсов, причем, стыковочных, и т. д. и т. п. Это все должен делать автомат, для того и существуют цифровые технологии.

Reviewed By LolwoodCharming woodlands and gardens to wander in the shade and enjoy the relaxation. Private stony beach, couple of swimming pools but beware of strong afternoon sun. Steep hills to walk up for your massage and pother treatments. Food less than exciting.
