Reviewed By Votrung99At the point of writing this, 1 usd = 23,198vnd according to google. The staff is very friendly. They do all they can to meet my request. Eg they changed the room for me for a bigger bed once they knew I travelled alone (When I booked, the booking agent page did not have queen size bed room). Or later when I received a box of fish, they helped me to do a make-shift handle. That helped me to carry the box easily to the airport. The room and view is fantastic. The room is spacious (yet cozy) has floor to ceilling glass window with sea view. The toilet is big and has bathtub. Very comfortable and relaxing in the room. The facilities are great. The swimming pool has good view. The spa is clean and relaxing and their masseuse are professional. I thought is quite affordable too. The cheapest package is less than 35usd for 60 minutes full body massage. If you asked them, they would politely say tip was optional. And they would treat you with the same attention whether you gave them tip or not. However I will encourage you to give them 5-10usd tip as it s quite tiring to do 60-90minutes of massage. I gave 20usd for my 90-minute massage and the masseuse was super appreciative. The location is super convenient. It s along the main road Tran Phu, accessible to a lot of attraction. They even have an underground tunnel from the hotel to the beach for a 2-5 minutes walk (depending on your speed). The price of food in the hotel is affordable not marked up as much for their level of premium brand. Eg 1 bowl of squid noodle is 3.5usd. 1 can of Heineken is 1usd. This is cheaper than Ho Chi Minh city airport or other restaurants in Phan Thiet. Overall, love it for the staff friendliness and hospitality, the convenient location, the good facility, the comfortable and good view room, the good massage, and the affordable price. Do give them some tip if u r happy with their service even though they will not ask. No tip is too small. 1-2 usd is better than nothing.

It has one of the best lobbies I have seen with breath taking views of the water. If you want a couple of days to get away from it all, this resorts offer beautiful vistas and peaceful activities to get yourself centered. They offer a shuttle to Nha Trang if your restoration turns into a desire to get some local cuisine and night life. We checked in and found out that our villa's AC wasn't working. They moved us to a different villa after our swim in the infinity pool. We left while only scratching the surface of what this place has to offer. We would definitely come back. If I could give half a star, I may have given 4.5 stars because I was disappointed that I was not allowed to use my drone to film the beach and cliff side. But that is my only minor gripe.

Reviewed By Quan TThe staff are friendly, the beach is beautiful and super clean. Yet, the breakfast is still limited I spent 2 nights here and 2 full days at vinwonder waterpark. I did the jetski and kayak also, their services are good. Yet, the weather is super sunny and hot.

First of all I want to say thank you to Russian manager Albina and Mr Đoàn Trân, their support made our stay much nice. We really enjoyed Spa salon: the girls working there are great professionals though the prices are a little bit hight comparing to the offers on the mainland. Mudbath is a nice intertainment for a day, better avoid going there on weekend because the area gets crowded. The restaurant was also good , I would only suggest to iron the tablecloths. But the view is fantastic and the food choice is good. We had some problems on arrival with the rooms (stains and moldy smell), but Albina and Mr Đoàn Trân helped us to move to a better bungalow. Also we had some problems with lifeguard on the beach, we had a huge argument about not letting the kayaks in the same area where children do to swim in the sea. The cleaning of the rooms is good, but we could see some trash on the territory and along the beach. All in all I would recommend this place .

Disappointing
Reviewed By Jasmine FOn arrival, the receptionist was surprised to see us and clearly had no idea we were due to come even though I informed the hotel the day before. It took half an hour to check in and then we were showed to our room. For some reason in the corridors there were ash trays and cigarette ends were people had been smoking and it didn’t smell good. The room was nice and cleaners were good. The restaurant food on site did not taste good. We waited an hour to be very dissatisfied and over charged. The female staff who worked in the restaurants spoke very poor English and were very rude. They would not even attempt to try and understand what you were trying to say, instead they would laugh with their colleagues. Staff did not control people smoking indoors and children climbing bare foot on people’s tables and throwing rubbish in the river. Due to the lack of guests a lot of facilities were shut such as the pool, the beach that the hotel have a spot at and the breakfast buffet. The hotel seemed to prioritise the day guests which were using the venues for things such as weddings and work meetings over the hotel guests. They were also very noisy at night. We could not go for a walk around the island without being questioned and followed by the security guard which was very frustrating and invasive. We also witnessed the life guard pour a big bag of rubbish into the river. The reception staff were nice, however the other younger staff were not. We would not return.

Reviewed By grahamangie2002I stayed for 3 nights over the Christmas weekend. Having stayed previously at 3 different Novotel branded hotels. Novotel Nha Trang, didn't disappoint. Certainly worthy of Travellers Choice 2021 award and its 4 star rating. Cleanliness and COVID-19 prevention protocols were very apparent. I liked the close proximity, easy walking distance to the beach front, Vincom plaza shopping mall and Rainbow Divers. The sea view room with balcony was great! Special thanks in welcome smiles and assistance by the front desk staff, and specific mention of Ms Ann. Will certainly be back
