Bad Customer service

Reviewed By Cliaclia1

That’s my first stay at Toyoko Inn , to be fair , it’s spacious and well located . Breakfast is also good but then I am bot so happy about my stay . I went out in the morning and returned to the hotel at around noon to drop off my stuffs . I actually waited for 8 minutes for the elevator when I left again !!! 8 minutes ! Because they locked BOTH elevator for their house keeping !! That’s totally ridiculous !! I complained to the reception staffs that night and they don’t seems to care and only tell me to write an email to complain and NOONE ever reply my complaint email . Very good customer service! And they play music at the floor’s corridor from 8am which you can hear so clearly inside the room that’s totally annoying !

Beautiful South Africa

Capetown is one of those Cities that will captivate you. We just spent a full week and we didn’t have enough. We started visiting the wine country only 45 mnts from downtown. The area of Stellenbosch is magnificent... colonized by the Dutch around 1650, this area maintains the original Dutch style on its farms. It is not unusual to see a Vineyard with a sign at the door stating “ Established 1685” or “1722” We stayed at Babylonstroren, a magnificent farm that has been sending spices and herbs to Holland since the 17th century. Very beautiful. There are approximately 170 vineyards in the area, so if you are a wine lover...this is your place. One Winery that is a must to visit is “Graff”....amazing place. From the wineries, we went all the way south to see the famous Cape of Good Hope. You actually can see the two oceans meet !! Impressive!! Back in Capetown we took a helicopter ride to see the city from the air and we loved every minute of it. Worth every penny. This place is quite different from the rest of the stereotyped Africa. Definitely will come back.

Good location, good service (Retro review 2018)

Reviewed By Silentscope

This is my first stay in Korea with my family and I decided to book this guest house. It was really nice and the staff (Mark and his service) was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a nice stay for 8 days. The bed was comfy but the pillow was for me too high and the rooms have no windows and it was very humid in the room. But there is an air conditioner. The bathroom was okay but very small and the water flowed out to the room. All in all, if you just need a place to sleep after a day of travelling.

Check in was fast and easy and not intrusive regarding coronavirus. Rooms were clean well appointed. All amenities you could expect like robe, safe, toiletries ,notebook computer, etc. The only complaint was with the TV. Almost all the channels were in Korean. For English channels, it said on the screen that you had to pay extra.

Reviewed By Pringles866

May One 是新的.

Reviewed By bomg_travel
