Reviewed By janmabeWe had a lovely stay at this familyowned hotel. The room was sparkling clean, bathroom fresh and clean as well, ac worked perfectly and the amenities were good. Breakfast is served at the pool area and was a plate with tasty eggs, sausages, veggies, feta cheese (yummy), bread, marmalade, coffee and juice. There is a grocery store located right next door, very convenient. The pool area was perfect! We spent a whole day there, just enjoying the weather and the quietness. Pool is quite small but suits well for short dips. There is also a pool bar with loads of options to choose from. Beach is just a very short walk away (a couple of minutes) as well if you wish to go there instead. Location was very good and it was easy to just get a ride from the hotel to the centre of Durres. Wifi wasn't the best but it's okay, we were on a holiday :-) Overall we had such a lovely stay we wish we had stayed longer. Big thank you to this family and we wish you all the best!

Very poor customer service! Avoid!
Reviewed By 889rolandnThe hotel room was ok but the customer service was terrible! I had not made a decision if I wanted to stay another day or not so I asked a member of the staff if I had to do the checkout at the time (after breakfast) or to do it a bit later when I would make the decision. The member of staff went to check with someone, I assumed the manager or owner, and he told me that I could do it later considering the hotel was empty. When I came to do the check out later the owner told me that I had to make the full payment for the next day too. I explained to him what happened but he said he did not care what his staff had said. To avoid any argument, I went to reception to pay the extra day by card but I was told It had to be cash even that a day before I was told I could. I asked for a receipt but I was not given that either. Another piece of advice, do not lose the room key! You only get one and if you lose it, you have to pay an extra €10. No warning is given! It is such as shame as the beach nearby is wonderful!

La zona non è molto bella (lungo la ferrovia, circondata da un enorme cantiere di condomini in costruzione), la struttura però è molto carina: piccola guesthouse di 3 piani con ampio parcheggio privato. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di cucina dove volendo ci si può cucinare qualcosa (nella zona intorno non ci sono molti ristoranti, però trovate dei market). I proprietari non parlano italiano, ma faranno di tutto per accontentarvi, oltre a offrirvi raki e caffè alla turca. Sono di un'ospitalità genuina e davvero magnifica. Il prezzo è scandalosamente basso.

Reviewed By Chrisskellywe were staying in the Iliad hotel and went for a walk into the complex opposite. we arrived at the restaurant and were looking at the menu. one of the staff came over and began talking in almost perfect English about the meals available. we are both very meat before fish in our preferred choices, but after seeing the fresh fish available we decided to try. we were not disappointed. the grilled fresh sea bream was almost perfect. only the bones pissed me off ha ha. the fish was cooked perfect. the wine was also quality and sunset was an added bonus. thanks to the staff for making us feel like VIP guests. very good service we also had tour of the hotel rooms... currently getting renovated. sunset views from your room ( 103) could be a possible return next year. thanks again to Festim and the team for a great meal and ambience. Reviewed By Boys1977Sono stato in questo Hotel 10giorni con mia moglie in vacanza a Durazzo siamo stati trattati benissimo nel periodo, personale disponibilissimo e gentile, qualsiasi cosa chiedevamo vedevano come soddisfarci siamo rimasti contenti, ampio parcheggio stanza semi pulita al nostro arrivo abbiamo notate delle pecche vabbè sorvoliamo ma nn passo sopra sulla pulizia della camera 2 volte in 10giorni davvero poco stessa cosa o poco più per il cambio di asciugamani, decidiamo solo per il dormire niente colazione, altro da dire niente più bella la struttura nuova e in continuo rinnovo, infatti vi erano lavori in corso di ammodernamento per quanto riguarda l'arredamento, facile posizione di passaggio dove è situato.

Wiedzieliśmy, że nie możemy się spodziewać czegoś nadzwyczajnego i nasze przypuszczenia sprawdziły się w 100% po przybyciu na miejsce naszego zakwaterowania. Obiekt swe najlepsze lata ma za sobą. Myśleliśmy, że nic nas nie zaskoczy, ale niestety podczas burzy i ulewnego deszczu nasz pokój zamienił się w jeden wielki basen. Zalane łóżka, rzeczy, ściany, dosłownie wszystko. Muszę zaznaczyć, że to tej katastrofie otrzymaliśmy inny pokój o zdecydowanie lepszym komforcie. Posiłki jednostajne, śniadanie nieurozmaicone. Wszystko wynagrodziła przyroda, bo pogodę i plaże mieliśmy wspaniałą.
