One night was ok but not more
Reviewed By Jarmila BWe stopped for a night on our way from Italy. The hotel is clean but time shows it ´s influence. The property is shabby and used. The corner room on the 1 St floor views roof of the toilets below - refuse it if possible. Breakfast was good, sufficient, the lady In the dining room friendly and nice. The ľady ťat the reception rather cold. It is a pet friendly hotel so be prepared for dogs barking when you want to sleep - which was our case. Location - far from the centre In a quiet place . If you do not have dinners paid In the hotel - it takes cca 20 min. to the centre where there are restaurants or fast Food and shops. Or the car is needed. Overpriced for what it is.

Fazit: Für die Durchreise OK

Reviewed By PaktaWe arrived without a booking as cycle tourers and were warmly welcomed to this lovely place. It is obvious that a lot of care and thought has gone into every detail. The cabins are simple and comfortable. The autumn weather was cooling but we could control very efficient heating in our cabin. Highly recommended!

Reviewed By MarijaUMThis place is apsolutely wondeful. Everything is perfect: rooms, food, location. We went half bord, 9 nights. I still do not know what is better: the breakfast or a dinner. The supermarket is near about 50m. The WF is ok but only in public areas. The skibus station is opposite the hotel and it takes 15 min to the ski flopes. Whole stuff is kind and polite.The hotel is completely baby and kids friendly.The location is great, very near to the motor- way, but still very calm and the sleeping quality is high. The only thing that can be renewed are bath towels in the bathroom- they really have to change tham.

A lovely hideaway in the middle of the Alps
Reviewed By János MSurprisingly excellent dining experience and very nice hosting family provides a perfect stay - and let you forget the tiny imperfections such as a missing door in the shower cabin. Besides the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and an own terrace with chairs. Breath-taking view to the valley and fresh mountain air completes the experience and stimulate to-re-visit the place.

Reviewed By ghazas2017We visited the hotel already 8th time. The rooms were clean as new (thanks Kata!) The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed our trip were much. The location is one of the best in Turracher Höhe, and the wellness is also very good. We will come again and again!

Much has changed
Reviewed By omaopamWe booked an apartment for one week and were required to pay 30% deposit. On arrival, we were informed by a lady in slippers in broken German that the hotel had to cancel all stays two days later (not true actually). The lobby was a dingy affair. We had to find other accommodation to stay a week but they kept our deposit. We learned later that day that the hotel had changed ownership recently.

We are absolutely in love with the breathtaking view, the cosy rooms, the beauty of the lake, the area and, in addition to that, the adorable owners of this hotel. Being greeted with a heartwarming smile every morning as well as being provided with so many useful recommendations created an even better feeling each and every day! The breakfast is always fresh, local, healthy and warm-heartedly arranged. A huge plus was also the balcony of our room, which absolutely sheltered you from rain - in 2 weeks only 2 times rain :) we are so lucky ! We are more than grateful for having chosen this hotel and would like to truly recommend it to each and every one :)
