Optional breakfasts were delicious and typical. Reasonable cost for a machine-load of laundry done on premises. Beatriz at reception was very helpful; spoke good English; was honest about safety. Water in Cali is drinkable. San Antonio area is very hilly!

Reviewed By Alvaro VIf you are a pool lover, this hotel has the best pool of all hotels in Cali. Make sure you request a room in the remodeled part of the hotel, it has much better beds and restrooms. Food is expensive for you get, do not touch the minibar items, 8 bucks just for water. Free WiFi, if you are a breakfast lover make sure it is included with the room otherwise is very expensive for what you get.

Reviewed By avmoralescHice la reserva por Booking, todo funcionó bien, llegamos en la noche al hotel, y cuando entramos, nos dimos cuenta que antes era un Motel, no le pusimos mucha atención, finalmente debíamos pasar una noche allí porque nuestro vuelo salía al otro día muy temprano. La reserva incluía desayuno, como sabíamos que mas o menos a las 4 am debíamos estar desayunando preguntamos en la recepción si era posible tomarlo a esa hora y nos dijeron que sí, al otro día llamamos unos minutos antes de las 4 para avisarles que ya estábamos listos y nos dijeron que era a las 4. Fueron las 4:10... 4:20... 4:30 y no hubo tal desayuno, cuando le preguntamos al chico de la recepción nos dijo que la cocinera no había ido porque estaba lloviendo, pero que nos iban a traer un domicilio... nosotros por supuesto no podíamos esperar más, llegó el carro que nos iba a recoger y nos fuimos para el aeropuerto muy sobre el tiempo... espero que este tipo de incidentes mejoren y si no les es posible ofrecer comida tan temprano que lo manifiesten en la llegada.

Reviewed By NCC92El servicio de Sandra fue excelente, el lugar es muy acogedor y esta muy bien ubicado en el Barrio San Antonio, queda muy cerca del centro y puedes ir caminando. Tienes la facilidad de utilizar la cocina y preparar tus comidas si así lo prefieres.

very basic Hotel
Reviewed By xyz2realThis is very basic hotel. You get room and nothing more. They don’t have hot water. Most of daytime, it will be okay as Cali does get hot during day, but you might want hot water during night or early morning shower. You get one package of liquid soap. No soap bar or shampoo. Towel is fairly old. Air conditioner works very well, able to cool down room fast. Area of hotel has very limited stores and restaurants. There is nothing much around the hotel. You need to walk few blocks to reach restaurants and store from the hotel. At night, hotel area can be dangerous and there is no security guard or hotel person at front of hotel, if you come to hotel at night you have to ring the bell and wait for hotel person to come out and open the door for you. Staff members are very nice and friendly. They don’t speak English but I did not have too much trouble checking in or checking out the hotel. Room is average size but bed is big and comfortable. They got average size TV. Hotel is walking distance to Terminal de Cali, but I would not recommend walking to hotel from Terminal with suitcase as road is very rough and it is not good condition. Chipichape mall is walking distance from hotel. Traffic around the hotel can be nightmare during day time and rush hour. Keep in mind, this is very basic hotel and price of hotel price reflect that. This is good hotel to stay for day or two while you are in Cali, but I don’t see this hotel as for long term stay.

The Ayenda 1422 Caney Hotel is located in the city of Cali, all rooms have a private bathroom, a personal hygiene kit, television and a complimentary bottle of water. Our hotel is very close to Hospital Valle de Lili, just 9 minutes by car, also very close is Parque del Ingenio, just 8 minutes by car. The closest airport is Alfonso Bonilla Aragon Airport which is located 45 minutes away, likewise, the Cali Transport Terminal is 24 minutes away by car

Solicitaron número de cuenta dónde se canceló, lo que no arroja el aplicativo. Incumplimiento con la reserva y la devolución.
