Reviewed By AlaskaFamlyWe booked 3 rooms in the Wli Water Heights annex and are three meals at the Wli water Heights Hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The food was excellent, particularly the Tilapia. Everything was clean and we felt very welcome and well cared for. We had a very early hike planned and staff at the annex arrived early to prepare hot water for beverages, and the staff at the restaurant provided our breakfast for us the night before. Because we are northerners we'd requested a room with air conditioning. We did not end up using it because it wasn't that hot, and because there was no way to control the temperature. If the air conditioner was on for long, you ended up feeling like you were inside a refrigerator.

Nice but noisy
Reviewed By Jet39207405971The place is actually nice, Well kept and in a quiet and peaceful Natural Environment and Garden. However, others guests brought their loudspeakers and music and it was too noisy in the garden. Afterwards the neigbours in the bungalow partied Till late just outside on the shared balcony. Not my Idea of a Safari lodge. Not to mention the horrible sexist Swings in the Garden.

Best place to stay in hohoe
Reviewed By Abdulai AWe had a perfect stay there. This was the best place we have stayed in during our trip around the whole country. The house is completelly new, the rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom fully equipped. And the kitchen is so beautiful. Staff very friendly and helped us to arrange a car to visit wli waterfalls. Highly reccomended.

You will stay in a fishermen village. WCG is run by a Ghanaian and Italian couple. Our host compound is placed in between the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. The natural environment will offer you peace and a unique experience. Close to Togo border. The huts are perfect with the environment, made with local material. Bamboo beds have mosquito net. Travel guide available. A taste of Ewe tradition.

Reviewed By Sophia HWe had an awesome time at this hotel. We stayed in one of the huts, which was very comfortable. The whole ambience is so welcoming and colorful. The host is a great cook and can cook a lot of (Italian) dishes. He always made sure we had everything we needed and helped us organise our journey back. We really felt at home here and are definitely planning to come back.

Healthy Lunch and dinner is served. I love the facilty so much. It is strategically located out of the noisy city entire and of course a ' hide out'.

Pleasant stay in Hohoe
Reviewed By weilgjstlNice hotel for our work group. Clean rooms, AC worked, WIFI was spotty and mostly not good in my room. Good security, quiet (except when the generator was running). Food was basic but good. Food service is slow, but better if you pre-order dinner in the morning. Breakfast would be better if local fruits (wonderful) were included. We arranged for fruit (mango, pineapple, pawpaw, bananas) by preordering with the chef and prepaying the small amount he needed to purchase the fruit. I would happily stay here again. 1/2 km walk to the town center. Pay in cash or with a visa card.

Close to the lake
Reviewed By SylgamExpGhYou can sit really close to the lake and enjoy your meal. It is a good place if you want to feel close to the water and enjoy the peace. You could also get a boat cruise which is best for groups. On a good day you can see fishermen at work.
