A Gingerbread Palace
Reviewed By Jane EThe Al Malfa hotel is lovely to look at as an example of the local "gingerbread" architecture. A pretty picture in red and white with a big back lawn area with trees and the sound of birds. Instances of lawns and bird song are few and far between in Saudi Arabia so it seemed all the more special. This is a nice hotel with lovely staff. There is no lift but as it is only 2 stories that is not a real draw back especially as the lovely porter brought my bag up the stairs. My room had a big bed with good bedding, a mini fridge, kettle and safe. There was no chair and I would have liked one. The bathroom was small but with a good sized walk in shower. The walls inside and out were rough straw adobe which fitted perfectly with the region. We had a good buffet dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Enough choice and in the morning the waiter was happy to bring real coffee when requested. My only complaint concerns the wifi which was more or less non-existent. When I went down to the reception area to see if the coverage was better there one of the staff pro-actively hot spotted me with his cell phone so the terrible connection, or complete lack thereof, is obviously well known. The wifi aside the Al Malta is a very nice place and recommended if you are passing through Unaizah.

Quiet but elegant and good service
Reviewed By roshanr926One of the best Bouldl hotels in the a Kingdom. There wasn’t many guest but nevertheless it was quiet and service was great. Room was huge with all amenities. One can enjoy the leisure time in pool or just sit around on comfy chairs. Breakfast was superb and delivered in room at correct time. Will stay anytime when in Qaseem Area.

Reviewed By AbdullahAltamimiGood economic hotel. Small room and tiny bathroom! Even it's considered to be new there is several things need maintenance! Parking is an issue, I think the parking only enough for almost 10 cars only! But you could park at public park next to the hotel.

Reviewed By AbdullahAltamimiNice and clean, good location and average prices. They don’t have baby cribs because the cribs ruins the carpet as they say even when the floors mainly wood! I forgot some stuff and they called immediately.

Very beautiful place and worth visiting .. Rooms are clean and employees were nice .. There is a coffee shop with an ouside seating area (very nice place to set in especialy when the weather is good) I wish there was a swimming pool at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for Unaizah visitors.

Reviewed By AbdullahAltamimiIt is an average apartment. Furniture is worn out. Need renovation. The price was acceptable. Reception employees were helpful. They have a small coffee shop inside. I stayed in apartment 101 it is on the street and sometimes there is noise outside.
