Magic castle but...
Reviewed By TiwiBoOne of the most beautiful castle rooms I’ve ever been, charming and fascinating but the management of the hotel still needs to learn from other 4 o 5 stars hotels. The service in the rooms is too homely for such a location, for instance: the fridge in our room when we arrived was dirty so it remained after 5 days( see the photo below), the used glasses in the room never have been changed, the breakfast ( even if enough and good) begins at 8 am( too late) and when you arrive punctually is never ready ( the women responsible of the breakfast are kindly and lovely) but it’s another sign that there’s a lack in the management. A good and experienced hotel manager would make this hotel perfect

Friendly, welcoming staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. Great food and drinks. Very clean throughout. Spacious rooms. I will definitely be returning.

Charming family run hotel in the mountains
Reviewed By RunnerhbptMy friend and I recently stayed at the hotel for the first time. We were well looked after and really enjoyed staying there and the region as a whole. The family run hotel is so charming and caters for their guests in so many ways, we truly felt so welcome there. Nothing was a problem when we asked for advice or requests to adapt dietary requirements at breakfast and dinner. The post ski afternoon tea and cakes went down well as did the modern sauna and steam area. We stayed in rooms 13 and the more modern 31 , both were lovely but be aware of the Church bells each day at 6am! The food was delicious and the bar area had a great atmosphere with a decent range of drinks , the Mango Aperol Spritz were rather good! Special thanks to The Hundsbichler Family including sister Bettina who made our stay so memorable.. We will definitely come back !

Reviewed By valentina_gu218Located in a lovely Austrian village, me and my partner had a wonderful time in the hotel. The hotel has both meat and vegan menu and the food was spectacular. We were also amazed by the sauna in the hotel - brand new facilities and indeed a wonderful place to relax and detox after a skiing/hiking morning. The team's service, especially David's, was superb and memorable. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Reviewed By MaldernieNothing but praise for our hosts who looked after us all week.It felt really special especially at Christmas time.Johanna did not speak much English but that was not a problem and we really enjoyed our ski holiday as the location of the residence was close to the lifts and ski bus .Hopefully going again soon.Thankyou.

Reviewed By Serge_131Had to book last minute because of the road to Ginzling where I supposed to stay first was closed due to the avalanche danger and as the owner of the apt in Ginzling didn't notify me about the situation when I was on my way, suddenly my plans for the night became very uncertain. Luckily I had a phone number of Alpbach Apartments in Reith Im Alpbachtal where I have stayed in a far 2008 and in spite of my late phone call Ludwig suggested us a nice apartment and warmly welcomed us after our arrival. Whatever... the apartment was clean and nice and cozy and warm. Good shower with never ending hot water is a great advantage after good skiing. A roomy warm ski shed on the ground floor and a place to dry ski boots organized well. Surroundings are beautiful and the roads are well maintained. The owner, Luggi treated us as the best friends and made more than everything for us to feel like at home. A wide variety of vines and spirits and nice conversation make a winter evening even too short) And of course a nice ski area in Alpbachtal in 5-10 minutes drive makes location a perfect place to stay. Recommend to anyone with a great pleasure.

Nice and comfortable
Reviewed By B_UmeshThis place is very near to Reith cable car station and 1 block next to the Mprise super store. We found our room very comfortable during our stay and the hosts very welcoming. They provide breakfast around 8 am onwards and it's very good. The hotel does not have restaurant but that is not a problem as there are few restaurants near the centre of town (7 mins walk). Overall we highly recommend this place.

Cute Guesthouse
Reviewed By imphillipsWe walked up from Brixlegg (after a lengthy flight and train ride) to spend the first night of our town to town hike at this pretty, simple guesthouse. Our cozy room came with lots of blonde wood furniture, soft duvets, a very nice balcony and lots of charm. Delicious breakfast. Friendly owners. Very good value.
