Reviewed By Ben HWork class service and great attention to detail. Our host for our stay was name Oanh and she ensured we were taken care of during our stay. The staff is really well trained. And they make an effort to get to know us. We stayed at the hillside villa that over look the ocean. The villa is very spacious and nicely decorated. Our private pool was the many highlight of the room. We wanted peace and quiet, and was what we received. Feedback on the room, the mattress is a bit soft and the audio feature of the villa works but is a bit out dated. TV system is standard but once again it needs update. Would be great if TV has the function to allow for casting YouTube and Netflix. Highly suggest the in room DIY BBQ.

Opposite to this resort is Be Than, a famous seafood restaurant of this area. Wonderful choice for family/couple vacation.

I spent a month (Jan/Feb 2020) at the Canh Duong Motel where the owners would do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. I had a formidable experience and can only recommend this well maintained and operated lodging property.

Service is too bad, staff attitude is too bad. Especially the receptionist.

They looked down on the people in Laguna Park and even told us that "The area you live in is the cheapest area." I really don't understand why an employee told the customer about it .. Nhan the receptionist was annoyed when we had requests (requests that we could enjoy included), they made it uncomfortable. I made a call to ask for a bike exchange, but their employee kicked my house while I was standing there, but he kicked straight to talk to his colleague, and left his face. I stood there for a while before coming back. Turning around doesn't say that he came to deliver the car and asked where the other car was. (It is a male receptionist wearing a white shirt at the front desk). I called a lot of the receptionists without answering, but my friend called me immediately. I really don't understand why they treat customers so badly. Those employees should quit their jobs, affecting the quality and face of a 5-star resort like laguna. In addition, the scenery is very beautiful, there are also this staff, another staff, but the receptionist's attitude is the worst. Reviewed By gaiab777Really nice Hotel with amazing beach and swimming pool. The prices are higher than in other hotels, but the service is wonderful. We highly recommend the Thai restaurant, we had the most amazing experience. Definitely recommend to enjoy some relax time at the beach.

Reviewed By CadenB4First of all, we got mixed up and booked the wrong Lang Co resort, as the properties have similar names. The bus dropped us off at Lang Co Beach Resort, and we had to take a taxi back. Coming up the driveway... what a sorry sight. The property is BADLY unkept. Everything about the place is eerie - I cannot begin to describe... Let me just say; when we arrived at the property it seemed as though we were the only guests on the entire resort, however when checking out it was suddenly buzzing! It has lots of potential, and although the staff didn’t speak much English, they were really helpful. The area itself is not walkable. I’m not superstitious but there’s definitely something off in this town. Felt like a ghost town. Although we paid for two nights, we left first thing the next morning - without even having breakfast. Would not recommend stopping over in this town, never mind this resort!

Worn out hotel
Reviewed By bentt2016I stayed there for one night. The hotel is in pretty poor/bad shape. Paint hanging of the wall, lamps not working ect ect. The place is so extremely noisy. From 5am it was impossible to sleep. Beds are SOO hard. I asked for 2 extra duvet to try to soften the bed, but I don't know if they didn't understand me, or just didn't care. Staff seems nice though. Can not recommend.
