All negative experiences of our stay I read already in reviews from 2014. 190$ for a standard with no air con and a Gazillion Mosquitos with absolutely not a single counter measure; pretty worn out- that’s MeckPom not Munich downtown. 6 - Setzen!

Wot, no breakfast buffet?
Reviewed By Merz45This is a simple and very reasonable Pension in the centre of Wustrow, handy for the beach, the Bodden, the shops, the bus stop and the harbour (boat trips and ferries available). There are some splendid walks in the area, and Wustrow itself, though very small, is picturesque and worth exploring. Staff here are friendly, the rooms are basic - clean, quiet, comfortable and perfectly adequate if you are out all day anyway. No breakfast buffet - breakfast is served individually at your table, with rolls, salads, meat and cheese, eggs if you wish, and a plate of fresh fruit - a great treat. The restaurant is excellent, surely the best in Wustrow, so you are advised to book your evening meal well in advance; they also serve coffee and cake in the afternoon. (If you are in need of a savoury snack, the nearby fish shop is heartily recommended.) So in all, very good value for money.

Nice view and friendly stuff
Reviewed By asavinThe hotel view is nice if you get a higher floor room facing the entrance (that's what we got). The stuff is friendly and the breakfast was good. The WIFI is not working for Apple devices (the stuff said that they know about it but can't do anything to fix it - quite awkward) and you have to pay for the parking (~4 euro/day) which is quite far away (5 min walking ... but when in holiday that could be quite a walk). We had a strange argument with one of the stuff members (from what we could see some kind of overseer) about leaving our stroller under a stair case. He was rude and ironic towards my wife telling her that it is an emergency exit there. The stroller was under the stair case and was in no way blocking the door. We tried to tell him that there is no elevator and we don't want to cary it upstairs. He answered in a rude way "not my problem". Anyway, we had a nice weekend holiday and the rest of the stuff was very friendly. They gave my daughter pencils and colouring pages at lunch and extra milk when we asked for it (free of charge) for her.

NIE WIEDER!
Reviewed By Wanl1Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Alten Seefahrtschule, welche renoviert und 2020 als Ferienwohnungsanlage eröffnet wurde. Die Wohnung war zwar sehr schön und auch die Lage zum Strand ist gut. Aber das war’s dann auch schon mit dem Positiven! Die Unterkunft ist sehr teuer!! Und bei solchen Preisen erwartet man halt doch etwas Kundenfreundlichkeit und dass eine kleine Sachen inkludiert sind! Das Zimmer wird bei früherer Ankunft nicht freigegeben, auch wenn es bereits fertiggestellt ist! Das Personal ist sehr überheblich und teilweise auch unfreundlich. Nicht einmal 1 WC-Rolle wurde gratis gegeben!! Der Parkplatz ist nicht inbegriffen und kostet zusätzlich €10.00 p/Tag. Dazu kommen noch die nicht einzeln ausgewiesenen „Buchungsgebühr Internetportal“und die „Servicegebühr der Vermieteragentur“ (was dies auch immer heissen mag!) Wenn aus Versehen die Parkkarte nicht unter der Windschutzscheibe hingelegt wird, folgt eine Busse von €30.00! Bei Abreise muss alles gemäss Vorschriften ausgeführt werden (Bettzeug abziehen, alles gereinigt und Abfall entsorgt!) sonst wird es von der zu leistenden Kaution von € 100 abgezogen. Und das bei diesen hohen Preisen! Auch muss beim Bezug der Unterkunft alles gemäss einer Liste kontrolliert und bei Fehlen sofort gemeldet werden inkl. Bilder, Schuhlöffel etc.), sonst wird es in Rechnung gestellt, bzw. mit der Kaution verrechnet!! Dagegen wehren kann man sich nicht! Irgendwie fühlt man sich hier auch wie in einem Heim. Es wird einem nicht gesagt was man machen darf, sondern was zu tun oder zu unterlassen ist! Bereits bei der Einfahrt zum Grundstück steht eine grosse Tafel mit den AGB‘s am Strassenrand!! Man ist hier Insasse und nicht Gast!!! Schade um die eigentlich schöne Unterkunft, aber das hat nichts mit Gastfreundschaft und Willkommen sein zu tun! Habe noch nie so etwas geldgieriges erlebt!!NIE WIEDER!!

Reviewed By KoGaRiWe really like this quaint house which is located right at the Wustrower Seebrücke and offers beautiful views over the Baltic Sea. The staff is really nice and welcoming and we always enjoy our stays at the hotel and also the restaurant. We stayed in "Apartment 3" which features a separate bedroom and a spacious terrasse (which must be lovely in summer). The room was perfect for us since it is decorated with care and creates a special atmosphere. The only negative aspect of our stay was our arrival. We actually booked a standard room for us and our baby and were given a smokers room (!) which was not classified as such in the booking process. Only after discussions and stroppy comments of the main manager (?) we were given the nice smoke free room. That's why our stay is reted only four of five points.
