Great location and price
Reviewed By AFAK25The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

Unfortunately I do not speak any Turkish and a lot of the staff don’t speak English but we managed with Google translate! The staff are very welcoming and always willing to go out of their way to help. The decor is modern and decent but the walls are a bit thin so if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle but for the price it’s a really good hotel. It’s conveniently located for all tourist attractions and there is also a taxi station at the end of the road so it’s perfect. We found it to be clean, comfortable and rooms were supplied well with amenities.

Reviewed By TabassumK286The hotel location is good, few min drive from the market, restaurants at walking distance. View from room is nice. However a lot of traffic sound can be heard. Especially ambulances passing by and the room is not sound proof. We stayed there at new year eve. And at least expected was that hotel staff greet us happy new year at breakfast which didnt happen. There were gloves available at breakfast counter to pick buffet but no one was there to make sure that the guest adhere to it. The rooms are small and if you go for triple room the third bed is not comfortable. Over all it was a okay hotel.

Clean and strategically located hotel
Reviewed By 1973LYSA 3-star hotel situated in strategic location just meters away from Ulu Camii, within very short walking distance of "çarşıler" and "hanlar", 30 minutes walking from Muradiye Kulliyesi, and easy public transportation to go everywhere in Bursa include to Telefrik. The hotel has certificate of safe tourism and clean. Basic Turkish breakfast served in plate, friendly staff especially Orhan Bey. In the reception there is a mini coffee shop with superb filter coffee (better than Starbucks!). Many kebap and iskender restaurants around but for vegetarian like me, just one block away there is Şehir Lokantası with vegetarian options. The only cons is the single room has neighbor's wall view.

We waited so long so have a soup for dinner to start :) Alcohol: not included and meaninglessly expensive. Room: clean and nice Skipass: not included Ski slopes: there are many. But check out the ice. Open area is good As a comparison, Kartalkaya hotels are better and all inclusive, with the same price.

Kapının kulpu elimizde kalıyordu Neyse dedik.Banyoya gittik.Sifon bozuktu.Pazar günü olduğu için usta ayarlanmadı sonrada ayarlanmadı biz üst kısmını çıkartarak başımızın çaresine baktık.Mutfakta eşyaların olduğu söylendi birkaç eşya dışında bir tencere gibi birşey yoktu. Bizimde ihtiyacımız olmadığı için istemedik.Ama ona göre gelmek gerek.. Sabah Kahvaltılarının mesaj çektikten 15dk içinde geleceği söylendi 3 günü yarım saat son günü zamanında geldi. Gelelim sırada ki sorunlara 4 günlüğüne gittiğimiz apartta 2 günümüz elektriksiz soğukta geçti. Elektriğin kesildiği gün ablam Bülent beyi aradı gelecek gelecek bekliyoruz dedi.İlk günü akşama doğru telefonlarımızı açmamaya dönüş yapmamaya başladı.Mum ayarladılar.Mumla idare ettik. Telefonlarımızın şarjı bitti e malum her gittigimiz yerde şarj yapılamıyor zaten hakkım olan yer varken neden kendimi zorlayayım.En son gece daha soğuk olduğu için birer battaniye daha verdiler. Ertesi günü yola çıkacağımız için Gizem hanım telefonum tamamen kapandığını duyunca şarj edebileceğini söyledi bende yolculuk olduğu için kabul ettim bir %50 bile olmadan telefonum geri geldi iki zaten ekranı çatlaktı ne yaptılar bilmiyorum otobüste fark ettim biraz daha gitmiş kimseye emanet etmemek gerekiyormuş.Bu arada arkamdan söylemesinler elektrik olmadığı için banyoda musluğun oraya mumu koydum bir kaç dakika içinde aynanın önünde ki rafın kenarı kırıldı. Ablama sorununuzu çözücem abla merak etme demiş ama bilmiyorum.Öyle olsa bu kadar sorundan sonra sabah veda ederler diye düşündüm. Hadi onu yapmadılar aramadılar bile.. Tabii bizim çıktığımız gün misafir kafilesi için hazırlık yapmaları gerekiyordu. Çok üzgünüm çok.Umarım konaklayacak misafirlerin başına bu kadar aksilik gelmez.

Reviewed By Dragon347Stayed here while exploring Bursa. Great location and the staff was very pleasant. We had a suite which was spacious with a sofa and easy chairs at a very reasonable price. Location was great and made it easy to see many attractions. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Taxi stand right out the door. I would definitely stay here again.
