Nice view hotel
Reviewed By Sipanjangkak11They have a Spacious room (i got the sea view room it was a perfect view from the window). The breakfast choices were changed everyday, and had a great taste. The ballroom was amazing, and they also served a great dinner. They also provide a bike rent at the hotel.

Bad service and no problem solving
Reviewed By styleverlianReally bad FO and security tho, no TC about alcohol but they keep my alcohol so cant bring at our room. So bad hotel ever. Im asking about Tc but FO mr vicky cant explain to me very well. When we are check in FO doesnt tell us about the alcohol, just only information about vape or something. I have to call 4 times to make sure the win win solution which is not my problem cause u guys doesnt have TC by latter or verbal. So how u guys can keep experiences from your guest? Or just because im just booking superior room ?

Reviewed By Brian BThis was a perfect hotel to stay for my first trip to Manado, especially because of the superb staff, every single one but especially the Food and Beverage service team of Nova, Hariy, Iffan and Stevan, who gave me 5 star service and the best I have had on this 3 month trip around SE Asia! It is worth staying at this hotel just for the great staff. It is very easy to find as it is on the main road by the waterfront, across the street from the large Manado Town Square Shopping Center which has all the stores and restaurants you could possibly need - so convenient. It took around 25 minutes to get here from the airport - I took a Grab and the cost was around 100,000 rph ($8.50 Canadian dollars). I picked this hotel because of its good ratings on google and the convenient location. It was even better than I imagines, great value for what I paid. The rooms are super clean with a nice TV and foreign channels, a little fridge, safe, coffee maker, etc and the bed is super comfortable. This is not an expensive hotel but the value is really great. The buffet breakfast which was included in my room rate was very satisfying with lots of variety, a cook to order omelette station and really delicious coffee. It is also a very airy and pleasant restaurant and you can sit outside if you like. In the evening you can grab a couple beers/cocktails and occasionally they have karaoke as well! I highly recommend this hotel for its value and staff! The staff service created a great impression of Manado for me, a very friendly city.

Hotel also have a golf course turning the environment very green and relaxing. Im staying at the suite. The room is very spacious. It also have many amenities thats we need. The staffs are all very friendly. The front office, restaurant and house keeping staffs are all very friendly and chatty. I had dinner at the restaurant this stay, the food is good and tasty too. From i arrived, manager on duty, prilly makes sure everything is to my liking and properly working. She Thank you for making my stay very comfortable and memorable Ms. Prilly and team. As an accor plus platinum i also received all the benefits here. Its a lovely stay, lovely hotel. I definitely will come back and recommend them.

Location is the only positive thing about this hotel.
Reviewed By Lesza LThe service is totally poor. I didn't have any complementary water inside my room. There were only empty dispenser in front of my door. The room is quite outdated, no hot water, the AC in my room was not functioning properly. The only positive about this hotel is the location. Perfect to escape from your daily activity, has a good outdoor view, a very large view including the ocean and mangrove jungle, even though you need an extra effort by walking about 1km to reach it. It has potential, but for now, two stars is almost overrated.

There was 2 elevator but only 1 can operate we have to waited to get in to the room. The room quite small but still ok the problem is the room pretty dark only 1 main light and side lamp will show you on the photo i take. Get in to the shower there was soap dispenser for 2 in 1 shampoo and bath soap but theres nothing left there. Tried to pump the dispenser still got nothin. I think for the budget hotel this was horrible The toilet door cant be lock from inside, the door lock was glued into the door with silicon rubber. Hope the management could do better on maintaining the facilities.

Beautiful calm resort with great sunrises
Reviewed By KapunguI have only stayed in Two Fish Lembeh briefly as I had time limitations. The staff is very friendly, the equipment is in good shape and the resort itself is beautiful, very relaxing and with a private beach. The dive masters were profesional and patient with some divers who had cameras. The managers are making sure diving and covid safety are their priority. Books for identification of little critters are available and the team loves to hang out in the eve! Thank you for a great short stay!
