Not meeting expectations
Reviewed By Santacruz84The hotel facility itself is nice and the rooms are spacious. But the infrastructure itself is a bit outdated and there was a permanent smell in the room which wasn‘t quite appealing. In addition we have booked half-board and the evening menu is nicely made but the quality of the kitchen does not quite live up to the standard (e.g. for the pre-course there is only one option, usually non-vegetarian). I personally did not like the food too much. On top we needed to pay 60 € when checking out (once as a supplement payment for the „High Season Charge“, the second one for being there on the weekend). This makes 120€ extra for 3 nights which is a bit of a rip off given you can have nice hotels too nearby for a much cheaper price. Though the surroundings of Nauders is really nice for a bike tour or a hike. Also the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Reviewed By Ludek SWe spent 5 nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied.Room was clean with beautiful view to the mountains,staff was very pleasant and friendly.We have a half board and meal was really very tasteful.Rich breakfast, snack after skiing and 5 course evening menu. Hotel has a friendly atmosphere and spa was nice.Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam, infra sauna or pleasant swimming pool everything was absolutely perfect after all day skiing. Skiroom was guard by special card even an entry from parking. Skibus stop is right at the hotel, so you need not use your own car to reach Bergkastel cableway. Really pleasant stay.

Great start to our hiking week
Reviewed By Matthias ZWe stayed here the first night on our hiking week from Nauders to Meran. Very friendly welcome at check in, super service, spacious rooms and a wonderful dinner. Andreas wo manages the hotel and his team are doing everything to make their guests feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Nauders.

Good hotel, food ok
Reviewed By catiraPalmaThe hotel is located right at the entry to Nauders coming from Landeck. We were on bicycles and they have a locked room in the garage to store them. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. Internet only worked in the lobby area. The sauna was ok. The dinner (we had booked halfboard), was ok. We didn't like was that when we had already found a nice table by the window at the restaurant and sat down we were asked to move again as this was not "our" table. Apparently guests who stay longer or are repeaters get better tables. The salad buffet was rather plain. We are vegetarians, the whole menu was with meat. When we asked for vegetarian alternatives there was basically none for the first and second course. The main course we then had pasta, but the portion was not very big. Breakfast was rather plain again. However, would still recommend the hotel for people who pass through Nauders and just need a room for a night.

Great hotel - service could be improved
Reviewed By C9216RKmarkhThe hotel facilities are without compare - the room was enormous and it was well cleaned. The sauna and swimming pool were an unexpected extra that I could appreciate. The location - right next to the bus stop headed for the village as well as the slopes - impeccable. I have but one point of critique, and that is one that applies to all of Austria. When I come to breakfast a minute early, or a minute late, I am barred from entering. That part of the hospitality business can definitely be improved upon. Other than that, my stay was above and beyond expectation.

Friendly Guesthouse with stunning breakfast
Reviewed By Olesya MStayed in the hotel Lamm over night. Booked a double room for 2 persons for 68€ incl. continental breakfast. Got nice view from our balcony to the Alps. The room has good size and good bathroom with a shower. A bit rustikal design but matches to the whole Ambiente. Just remember that Mondays are rest day in the village and the most restaurants are closed. But we managed to find one nearby, 100 m away from hotel. The owner of hotel are very friendly, looks like a family running hotel. There is a beer garden outside and you can get a chilled local beer, even on Monday. So we are very pleased and enjoyed it.

Surprising find
Reviewed By wenwudTravelling through Austria we found the Bergblick, the reception service was quick with no fuss, the room was spacial with sitting area and balcony, large en suite (found it odd that there was no hairdryer). We had a room at the back of the hotel looking out over the ski lift. Excellent service at diner, food was good as was the breakfast. Plenty of space for car parking.
