Comfortable hotel with easy access to main attractions
Reviewed By tdeprezWe stayed at two different hotels during the week, and this was the best value for money. Very spacious suite with terrace, nice amenities, and walking distance from Malmedy center. Breakfast is good but it can get very crowded in the late morning, so we always went around 7.30am to avoid the crowd.

Horrible management. Hotel in needs of renovation!
Reviewed By Sunshine310611Be aware of management of this hotel/camping. They will do whatever is necessary to charge you extra for anything. When you depart they will charge your credit card for whatever they consider. Very strict policy. The pool area is in need of serious renovation. The cabins also need renovation and proper cleaning before arrival of guests, specially in Covid times. They place is old and dusty. We found later other much nicer places in the area of Malmedy than this old fashioned camping.

Unsatisfactory Booking Cancellation
Reviewed By Nick MI had to cancel 3 rooms, booked and paid for in advance, due to COVID. The hotel would not refund anything and when I spoke to them said that they would be out of business if they made cancellation refunds. I would therefore be carful if the hotel requires payment in advance as they did with me because if you cancel you do not get a refund

Des choses vraiment pas terribles: le look général (meubles vraiment ringards), le petit déjeuner (pain pas frais, produits industriels, pas assez de choix), odeur de cigarette dans l'endroit où on prend le petit dej, carrelage bruyant et froid, lecteur dvd non fonctionnel, canapés très inconfortables. Bref, pas vraiment tombés sous le charme...

Mooie kamers en een lekker ontbijt
Reviewed By Nick PBij aankomst even moeten wachten tot de mensen er waren maar wel heel vriendelijk onthaald. Ze lieten onze kamer zien en de plaats waar we mochten ontbijten. Ze vroegen ons ook welk uur we wouden ontbijten en of we de jacuzzi wouden gebruiken. Door de drukke dagplanning hadden we geen tijd voor de jacuzzi. 's avonds na 8 uur hadden we hier wel tijd voor maar de jacuzzi kon maar tot 19u30 gebruikt worden. De kamers zijn heel proper en modern ingericht. Bedden zijn goed. En we hadden een mooi uitzicht op ons balkon. De baraque Michel is maar 5 minuten rijden van hier uit. Voor de wandelaars is dit dus een ideale slaapplek. Stad Malmedy ligt ook maar 9 minuten verder. Het ontbijt was ook uitgebreid met lekker huisgemaakte producten (brood, lekkere eitjes van de eigen kippen, lekkere confituren, verse sinaasappelsap ...). Een echte aanrader!

Didnt bother to let us in - Avoid
Reviewed By Kevin GWe booked this place for 2 nights as we where travelling to the area to visit the racetrack. As it was a 13hour drive to the property I left it till we where a few hours away to confirm a arrival time so the owner wasnt waiting around for us and us for him. Once we arrived at the time I said, no one was there. To access to the apartment is somewhat special, you have to phone the owner once there to give us the access code of the appartment. This code could, in my opinion, be given by email to the confirmation of the reservation to avoid the issues as another has said above. This was a issue. Every 5 minutes for 2 hours I was trying to call / email the owner to gain access and got no response just voicemail. I contacted the 3rd party I booked via to contact him and even they had no joy so I had to pay double the price to book elsewhere, not what I wanted after such a long trip. Bare in mind you pay for this place up front so I paid in May to stay and now after a month I have finally got my money back from this here via the agent not direct as he hasn't ever responded to them!!!!! Do yourselves a favour book elsewhere and enjoy your stay without any issues.

Did The Job
Reviewed By bengodonnellStrange little hotel but it did the job for us during the 2015 Belgian Grand Prix. We prebooked and it did take some searching around for the owners to find our booking, but all went to plan and the room was fine, albeit a little dated. The bathroom was enormous. It's only a short walk from the bus stop and the centre of Malmedy. Make sure you take proof of your booking with you.
