Food quality is superb and yummy taste like home . Recommended all to stay here at khandwa. I am speach less that the hotel castle inn is have no any complaint during my 06 day continues stay. Personally recommend all to stay in Hotel castle inn only and feel the quality of service and hospitality by this hotel staff.

Disappointing experience
Reviewed By GyanBabaIt's awesome place with beautiful surroundings but certainly not a place to visit in summer. We visited the resort in March end 2022. It's good for people who want to relax in peaceful atmosphere. Food & breakfast @ resort was very good but rooms need to be taken care of. The bathroom was not clean and AC was not effective. The balcony was very dirty. Water level was very low and foul smell was there as a result found it difficult to stand in balcony for a while.

This heritage building ,more than 160 years old, made in typical British architectural pattern with arched verandah, 2.25 feet thick stone walls, high ceiling, was a part of extensive British military transit camp, spread over 127 acres area in early mid 19th century (around 1838) Khandwa. In 1961, one of the barracks was converted and renovated in to a hotel by keeping the original essence intact till today.

Reviewed By Harry TThe property is interesting in the sense that it's perhaps the first old property of its kind that has been converted into a hotel. Mostly we see palaces and palatial houses put to this use. The rooms are spacious, but require maintenance, at least the one in which I was staying and a little more cleaning. But one can understand the financial constraints under which the owners must have been operating during these trying times. Not bad for the price you pay though. Booking directly with the hotel could be beneficial sometimes.

Good Option to stay
Reviewed By CarstenM14The Hotel has a convenient location. The room was ok clean. But you need to make sure that the bedsheet and pillow case has been changed. They have a roof top restaurant. Personell is not super friendly but correct. All in all a good Option to stay im Omkareshwar.

A good hotel in a Remote Place like Khandwa
Reviewed By ahujadamanA nice hotel with good space in rooms as well as in Washrooms. Basic amenities were there in the room, but AC was a little dull during the Stay. Breakfast had limited choices. Staff was courteous. I stayed there for one night only, but liked the ambience.

Stay at Narmada Hill resort was peaceful away from city crowd and heart welcome from nature. A dedicated and smiling staff. Amazing food. Most important thing is the staff is very dedicated. Cheers for a man, Mr. Anurag, the Manager who is always ready to help, approachable, a gentle man and knows to manage his place( the resort) really well. The place has many advantage like very near to Narmada Ghat (arond 500mtr walking distance) Where you can get pure with holy Narmada river water bath. Can take boat from ghat to Omkareshwar temple or OM parikrama. Also Sailani Island is 2km from the resort where you can enjoy speed boating and other water activities. Dam is just few mtrs from the resort. The Monkeys all over that area adds charm to your visit. Also Jain temple nearby is an attraction. Thanks for wonderful stay and experience near to nature. Best time to visit Winter and Monsoon.

A decent place to stay near Mamaleshwar temple
Reviewed By gpradeepshenoyThis hotel is about 3-5 minutes walk from mamaleshwar temple. There is no place to park car in front of this hotel so cars have to be parked at parking place which is about 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Charged us Rs 800 for two people for a night stay. Rooms are decent and hot water for bath is provided in buckets in morning. This hotel does not have any restaurant attached to it. Only tea is provided by this hotel. Also no bath towels are provided. Decent place to stay while in Omkareshwar.
