Nice quiet hotel

Next to highway without noise in beautiful countryside. Recommended for travelers on the way to north and south but also for a linger stay to visit the country.

Reviewed By plggiClean convenient rooms, Wifi works perfect, Breakfast OK, Free parking. The city of Hilpoltstein is nice and quiet with few possibilities of dinner. To the Nurnberg messe is around 30 - 40min drive. Recommend!

Reviewed By VissingVery nice and helpful staff, good beer and very good good. The hotel (what I saw of it), looked new and very clean. We sat outside in a very nice space. Good food that was suprisingly cheap. I recommend this place

The room was spacious, clean and had decent fittings, wifi was solid. The location was perfect at the end of the main cafe street with a great bakery, cafe and ice cream parlour. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

Be very careful before considering booking here
Reviewed By DaveP1933We had booked here for a family trip to an event in the local area. When booking I contacted the owners for a refundable option, but, received no reply and was ignored, and was left no option other than the non-refunable option. Local government restrictions in the area are such that we're not allowed to attend the event. Despite contacting the owners 4 months prior to our booking to request a refund, or a partial refund, or even to move our booking to a later date, they are refusing to consider anything other than retaining the full cost of our stay. This is clearly very unreasonable and probably tells you everything you need to know about their attitude to their customers. Be very careful before booking this property as clearly the owners have very little understanding of customer service and seem to be really unreasonable in their attitude towards their guests.

If possible find another place
Reviewed By Michele ANothing to say with people working here... You see them night and day and they do the possible with very limited options. We booked 6 rooms for 4 nights. We got 1 bottle of water only while the booking said 1 bottle per day. The coffee machine was broken for the full stay, but no one will repare it because in this place they won't spend 1 Euro for service. The bed was too soft, but the very bad thing is that the service people reused 1 of the towel I wanted to change. It was marketed and I found it again on my bathroom. I guess you may find more serious hotel nearby
