Reviewed By Dragan MRamada Plaza is owned by Turkish group and that is visible in interior decoration. It is on the Greek border and the part of the hotel is Casino. The majority of the guests were Greek gamblers. Rooms are spacious and nice. According only to the rooms, I would give this hotel note „excellent”. But, maintenance is not good and there are some shortcomings. Shower valve for hot water was not working, so we could get only extremely hot water. In the room is one electric cattle for tea or coffee cups, but no tea, no coffee?! Breakfast is very poor. The choice of bread is limited only to one or two kind of white bread. At the beginning there were also some dark pastries. Also, choice of salami and cheese is poor. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The stuff is excellent, from reception to waiters. . Very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By ZoranMSNot so bad choice if you were driving a lot and want to overnight somewhere near to border between Greece and Macedonia - has huge and clean rooms, interested interior with big photos of World famous bands and singers but room is almost in the basement (small windows just below the ceiling), intolerable noise from nearby disco club but I suppose it is not the usual situation

Still a great place to stay, or just visit for lunch or dinner
Reviewed By Terry KThe Appolonia is one of the few remaining hotels in Makedonia since the Jugoslavian break-up earlier. Still under the same management it retains all of the charm and high value service we first experienced over 15 years ago. We travel to Macedonia three or four times a year, and no visit would be complete without an evening or two spent in the Jugo gardens eating and drinking with our friends.

Reviewed By 0209valerijpvery decent hotel, prices very affordable. Staff polite and approachable. Breakfast is good but you will be waiting for it for a very long time. The rooms are small but good for sleeping. Menu ala card very tasty. Recommend!

Reviewed By dopitakOnly rotten thing I have found was a small piece of rust under the towel holder. So you know I ve checked everything :) I come without reservation, Wednesday evening, and in few minutes I was checked in. Bottle of watter free of charge, parking space in front of the house, hot water. Everything worked. Btw, go for a dinner to nearby Restaurant BOKO.

Apartments are very comfy (superb bed), well equipped (kitchen, towels, cosmetics in bathroom, TV in each room, frappe machine), super clean and the manager was lovely. We got stuck at the borders and arrived 4 hours later (at midnight), he was patiently waiting for us, in great mood, so welcoming and even got some popsicles for the kids. The best experience!
