Restaurant manages to answer to all tastes and preferences. The manager of the restaurant, Mr Yasar Kabul, is really amazing. Besides knowing a lot of languages, is extremely friendly with the clients

Reviewed By 644fereshtemOn our trip to Trabzon we stayed overnight at this hotel. Everything was great and the staff were very friendly and respectful. The rooms are very luxurious, clean and large. All the facilities were really like a five star hotel and it was worth the money. Breakfast was very detailed and varied. Be sure to try staying at this hotel.

Reviewed By SakineCelineI stayed three nights at this hotel. It’s very close to Cumhuriyet caddesi which is the Main Street for all attractions and 4km to Palandöken ski resort. Breakfast was brilliant, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Rooms are very clean and they serve free tea, coffee and water anytime of the day as well as free toast and chips until 10pm. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel.

Reviewed By F9829JYmariahPlease avoid whenever possible. Absolutely inadequate staff (perhaps drugs?), who frightened us with wild behavior at the reception. We had to cancel our stay and make a hasty escape. It was quite a scary experience.

Reviewed By Ummar69simple, centrally based 2 star. comfy beds, good for a nites sleep after a very long drive across turkey. public services in hotel very basic, room was comfy and basic - bathroom was fine. wifi was free ... breakfast was basic but filling good late nite eatery across the road open till late. found a dead pigeon on the fire escape outside the room!

Reviewed By Buck1957Got a good rate as we booked at the hotel. We got a smoking room as non other available. The sheets and pillows smelt of cigarettes. Lousy pillow. Good shower. Usual basic breakfast. English not spoken.

Reviewed By Aleksandra PThe hotel is ok but needs some lifting and refreshing. The room is quite big and clean with clean linen and towels. They tidy the room after the night. The bathroom is ok but the ceiling isn't. We take a double room and pay 140 TL/night. There is a double bed, a desk with a mirror, a bedside table, a wardrobe but no fridge. Unfortunately, there is no fan and the nights are hot. They serve free tea if you ask them. Once the receptionist brings us some fruit to the room for free. Breakfast is served in a restaurant downstairs. The first morning we get only çorba that is vegetable soup and that surprises us so we ask for breakfast ingredients and get one small portion of tomatoes, cucumber, olives, very little cheese, honey, bread and butter. The next morning there is no çorba but two small breakfast portions. The Internet is good and the staff nice.

Terrible restaurant and terrible service
Reviewed By adelm250It’s not possible to eat the food, the chef really love salt, we eat during the 10 days and even telling without salt, they was not understanding. It’s impossible to hug your wife and seat close to her. They come to tell us we must need to have space between us, because we are disturbing the guests. Super close mentality, and so impolitely waiters.
