Reviewed By Francesca LVi and her staff made this an unforgettable holiday. They even gave us a free upgrade to the VIP suite which is just amaxing, so spacious it even has a pool table! I'm allergic to peanuts, and once we informed them as we booked, for every meal as soon as we arrived someone came to let me know if there was anything I couldn't eat. The breakfast was a lovely and diverse buffet, there was a wide menu for lunch and dinner. Something for even my fussy kids. Long beach gets wider or narrower with the tides,but they also have built a raised beach area and as long beach is one continuous striptheres lots to explore. The water was clean and Our kids loved the pool and spent most of their time there. They were really helpful when we wanted to go to sunworld aqua park, arranging tickets for the cable car, the park and helping us get a taxi each way, enabling us to pay directly with them rather than queue at the station. The free shuttle service to the airport was on time, clean and efficient. All the staff were warm and friendly and had a good to native English ability. I would totally recommend Famiana Resort and Spa if you're coming to Phu Quoc, particularly with a family. You can tell a lot of thought andcarehas gone into the place from the small hydroponic garden for salad to the outdoor children's play area with swings from the tree and a double tricycle.

Reviewed By Indis1234A very lovely clean family run business. A little out the way from shops and restaurants but if you can ride a moped you will be fine. Breakfast was cooked fresh. Not a massive selection but still good. Definitely try the iced coffee as it was by far the best I'd tried throughout Vietnam.

The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and the staff were so lovely. A special thanks to Noona who was so friendly and welcoming!

Quiet place . Beautiful garden
Reviewed By uros13Very nice boutique resort with clean room and very big space. Have a beautiful pool with clean water and very well taken care of garden. Staff was very helpful and kind to give us all needed information. We only wish to be able get two key cards, because we been two couples friend in two bedroom room, but we try make it work. Resort is very close to airport and enough behind main road to be in a quiet area for a good night sleep. We had included breakfast, but it was very plain and boring with 3 nights stay, every morning same same food (noodle soup or toast bread with fry egg, vegetables and sausage). There was also coffee or tea option and fresh watermelon. Highly recommend to others.

M Resort is truly one of a kind where bungalows feature without cutting down the natural trees or removing the natural rocks from the mountain. That is also why each and every single room is different from one another.

Reviewed By triinu0811Areca Garden Bungalow is the best place to stay in Phu Quoc if you are an admirer of nature. We stayed in smaller room on the second floor and had a view of the entire garden. We enjoyed every moment we spent there. If you love small wildlife then you will love it there. You can find all kinds of interesting insects and animals in the garden just living their life and occasionally checking out humans :) We saw cats, dogs, little spiders (only few mm long), some lizards, butterflies and dragonflies. After the sundown little gekos emerged from nowhere and made the cutest sound. We also saw some bats flying around and catching mosquitos. There is also an opportunity to see different colorful flowers (such as orchids, hibiscus, mimosa and others) and fruit trees (such as jackfruit, passionfruit, durian, papaia, coconut, banana) Hostess Dieu is the best, she is so sweet and helpful - she gave us good advise about places to see and talked with us about vietnamese people, their life and traditions. We also had an opportunity to see her cooking and afterwards taste the delicious outcome :) Rooms look exactly as on the pictures, are very clean and comfy. And, although it is close to the airport, it is very quiet there - you can hear birds singing in the morning :)

Great stay with my friend
Reviewed By MerrysgpWe booked to stay here for 2 nights with some of their services. We can say that the hotel is extremely beautiful like a resort, the swimming pool is a highlight. The hotel is far from the centre about 2km so we rent a motorbike to go around. The atmosphere is cool with many flowers around. We were really enjoyed when stayed here. The staff made our trip memorable with good service and friendship. We want to come back here in one day soon.
