Reviewed By Gene JMy wife and I stayed here 2 nights to visit this Department Capital. Checked in by a Spanish speaking receptionist, our bags were soon carried up to the 2nd floor courtyard. The man explained the electronic keypad(enter personally selected # to open and palm wave to close) to our clean tiled #207 with comfortable double with 1 nightstand, wardrobe shelving, desk and chair, AC over bed, fan, refer, good room WIFI, cable TV but No English, and spacious bathroom(soap only) with hot water shower. Our 7:30AM breakfast in the nice dining room was juice, fruit if requested, eggs to order, toast with cheese, 2 arepas, and cafe con leche. The location is perfect for the only pedestrianized area of the city, with Cathedral, museum, supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries within a 4 block area.

horrible service, horrible staff, horrible place
Reviewed By ctd1978Not only did it take the staff 25 minutes to input my name into the computer (even though I had a reservation), the wi fi didn´t work, the air conditioner didn´t work, the staff were rude, and no vegetarian food. It is also very poorly situated with no restaurants close by. Avoid if you can.

Reviewed By jonathanrD8366JJAunque deseo en primer instancia manifestar que no es una ciudad con gran presencia hotelera, esto no los exime de dejar de prestar un servicio acorde a si precio. Aunque en las zonas comunes si procuran por tenerlas en buen estado las habitaciones son básicas,en el caso que me toco a mi presentaba reparaciones menores que debían ser solucionadas (ojo ninguna critica pero si que dejan una mala imagen). Pero creo que el punto que mas cuestiono es el restaurante del hotel, en apariencia parecería ser de mejor categoría pero no lo es, la comida la sirvieron cruda, fría, los sabores no son cautivadores, pero sobre todo gran parte de los platos de la carta no estaban disponibles, la ubicación también podría ser una mejor, esta en una zona comercial de negocios de construcción, lo cual no incentiva a pasear caminando. En términos generales es un hotel básico entendible por el tipo de ciudad en la que se encuentra, pero por este valor si deja mucho que desear, hoteles similares en otras regiones costarían la mitad del precio.

El Doncello en Caquetá es el punto de partida para conocer la cascada Anayacito, un lugar increíble a 40 minutos en carro 4x4. Misael, el dueño del hotel es muy amable y atento. Quizá el único punto en contra es que en la noche hay algo de ruido por unos bares que quedan a un par de cuadras del hotel

Colchón y almohadas muy básicas, que son perfectas para unsa sola noche. El desayuno incluido es a la mesa de varias elecciones a pedir Como recomendación se debería elegir las habitaciones interiores, ya que aun sin vista es mejor que el ruido del centro de la ciudad para un mejor descanso

Reviewed By Eliana PNo es recomendado visitar este hotel por la pésima atención que tienen sus empleados y dueños a los visitantes. Llegamos a las 5:00am del día que teníamos reserva anticipada y aún así nos cobraron un día completo sólo porque el check in comenzaba desde las 7:00 am.
