The evening meal was excellent in a very relaxed atmosphere. A good selection at breakfast, although a little confusing (but this is from someone visiting Italy for the first time!)

Reviewed By M781MMLindaCentrum is close to the train station. It also has ample parking. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fairly good--standard Italian breakfast fare. We had dinner at the restaurant and were delighted with the cooking. The menu was interesting and the wine list was great. It included some good Molise wines. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Thora FWe stayed at the Centro B&B in July and were really happy with the choice. The Bed and Breakfast, which has two guest rooms, a large kitchen and living-room, has an unusually elegant and classy interior that gives it a great fun quality touch. In addition, the great location in the fantastic small city that is Campobasso, full breakfast and welcoming hosts, added up to an excellent stay. Absolutely to be recommended.

Reviewed By Keith MStayed overnight on business. The hotel is reasonably priced and rooms are perfectly acceptable with decent wifi and air con. Amenity kits are available at reception if you forget something (e.g. toothbrush, as I did). Shower was fine in the evening but there was no water at all in the morning which was rather disappointing. I need to improve my Italian as the person on reception at early morning checkout spoke no English, but we just about managed between us to sort everything out Sat nav or Google Maps recommended to find the hotel

The premises are located in a historical building, with many original details (such as beautifully decorated wooden ceilings). However, it has been completely renewed, and filled with art, making it extremely comfortable, functional, and beautiful. The staff is always ready to help (kudos to Luca for his availability!). Breakfast is absolutely excellent and there’s always tasty snacks available! Don’t miss this experience!

Reviewed By Sal857We found Ferrari Suite via Booking.com and thought the convenience of being in the centre of town and the rooms looked modern, clean & bright. It’s a fantastic location next to a main square and across the street from the Cathedral & Savoia Theatre. When we arrived we were surprised to learn that there was no elevator and it’s up 4 flights of stairs. The rooms are beautifully appointed and room, beds are very comfortable. However there is no AC and it was hot during our stay. As a result we needed to open the windows in order to get some cool air, unfortunately it is a very lively square and in the evenings it comes even more alive with bars and nightclubs. It’s very noisy and so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. If you’re into the club scene and night life, it would make a great place to stay. We loved the location and the Cafe Savoia across the street. Finding parking was not a problem and again it was really central for sightseeing and walking up to the Castello Monforte.

Lost reservation, stress, and lots of street noise at night

We were two couples traveling on vacation to Campobasso for the first time - staying 3 nights. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After a ton of research on hotels in Campobasso, we booked this hotel about six months in advance because we wanted both suites and wanted to make sure rooms were available. We were required to pay the FULL AMOUNT in advance, which we did. We arrived on the exact date and time we told the owner (Manuela) we would. Nobody was at the hotel, so we phoned her. When we told her we were there and had a reservation, she immediately insisted we did not and she appeared to confuse us with another booking. She was not friendly or helpful, nor did she doubt herself. Right after the call, I emailed her our e-mail booking string which demonstrated our booking and that it was already paid for. Manuela then appeared to feel very bad for us and she apologized. She said she did not have our booking in her system. The hotel was full, so no rooms for us. After a considerable amount of back-and-forth (we speak limited Italian, so it was extra challenging), she was able to secure us a night at a hotel owned by her friend (Mixage Living). We were to be there one night, and then we had to go back to Art Studio for the other two nights. She kept saying she would have a "sorpresa" for us and apologized for her mix-up. So we walked a few blocks to Mixage and were given rooms there. We actually really loved this hotel - it was a lot like Art Studio in that it was a small boutique hotel with only three rooms. It was on the 4th floor of a building in the main square. The rooms there were great - A/C, window blinds that made it very dark at night, and a small balcony off our room. Beds were very comfortable and the design and decor were relaxing. The next day, we arrived back to Art Studio where we were told only one suite was available, so the other couple had the non-suite. Another woman checked us in. She did not refund us the money for the already paid for suite at that time. And no "sorpresa." She did not check on us for the rest of the stay, in fact. Since then, we have requested a refund for the difference between a suite and a non-suite. After many emails and attempts at getting her to refund our bank account, we never did receive the money. Not sure if it is her fault or the bank's fault. Assuming it's not her fault, the fact that she didn't return our money in cash while we were there was disappointing. And, again, she didn't give us the "sorpresa" she kept promising to acknowledge our hassle and stress. ROOMS/HOTEL: The hotel is in a nice location in a main square of the city. However, because of that good location and the fact there is NO A/C, the room gets warm if you don't open the windows. And there was a ton of street noise. Both of our rooms were facing the street. All four of us hardly slept through the night because of the street noise outside. The rooms are very comfortable and well-decorated otherwise. The hotel offers free bottled water and a common area with an espresso maker and large table. The showers were excellent and the rooms were very spacious. The TV worked well. Breakfast was a voucher for an espresso and a cornetto at a nearby bar. Hardly worth the 10 euros charged for the "bed and breakfast" option. I would recommend skipping that option and just paying for your espresso yourself. There is a bar just below the hotel (adding to the noise at night) and the hotel offers a do-it-yourself espresso machine in the common area. Wifi worked very well. Parking is available only on the street (you have to pay). Overall we had a very stressful experience with this hotel. We now wish we would have booked the Mixage Living for the entire trip. Recommendation: If you book this hotel, make sure you confirm your booking a few weeks prior to arrival. And ask for the one room that faces the courtyard as it is probably quieter. And don't get the "bed and breakfast" option - it's not worth the cost.

Pulizia eccellente sia negli spazi comuni che nelle stanze. Giovanni, il proprietario e’ molto disponibile, attento al cliente e tanto simpatico. Buona anche la colazione servita in una saletta deliziosa. Assolutamente da consigliare! Comodo perché in pieno centro. La struttura occupa un intero palazzo finemente Ristrutturato. Voto 10 e lode!!!

Reviewed By BERNARD-VALERIEWe returned here after a memorable stay in 2011 and were extremely disappointed. We stayed in the same room (306) on the top floor. The cleanliness was unaccessible.....bathroom glass had sediment on the interior of the bottom: window sill appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in months; the soap bars had been ripped open and the dresser drawer was broken. This made me sad since the manager/waiter remembered us from years ago. Unfortunately, my memories of this hotel are tainted. .

Soggiorno stupendo a Campobasso

Il B&B Novantatré dispone di 3 camere matrimoniali moderne e spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per potersi godere a pieno un soggiorno nel capoluogo molisano. Si trova in posizione centrale e comodamente si raggiunge il centro di Campobasso a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 18 al 26 maggio nella stanza Avio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario Tony è stato super disponibile e cordiale sin dal nostro arrivo fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La stanza è accogliente, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di bagno moderno e balcone eastern molto ampio. Da sottolineare che nel prezzo della camera è incluso il servizio di Netflix e Amazon Prime, una sorpresa molto ben gradita. Letto matrimoniale spazioso e comodissimo. La struttura dispone inoltre di una cucina attrezzata in comune, soluzione ottima sopratutto per giovani come noi che desiderano prepararsi qualcosa senza troppe pretese, top angolo con macchina del caffè e the caldo per la colazione. Che dire: il B&B Novantatré sarà indubbiamente la mia scelta per un prossimo soggiorno a Campobasso!
